Quality food at a great price. This place offers great value and is incredibly consistent. They have good menu variety as well. I have yet to have a bad meal from here, and I get it 1-3 times/week since it's pretty close to my job.
Great food for a great value. Not super nice as far as the environment, but sure makes up by the taste:). I always bring out of towners from work when we are in the mood for Mexican. So far everything has been tasty. They serve breakfast until about 11am too!
Wonderful place for authentic Mexican dishes. Portions are very generous and chips & salsa are provided gratis. I typically go there for lunch and the dining area is so small that you need to get there early (or after the lunch rush) to get a seat. I've had to wait several times for a place to sit while my order waited on me. The Taco Rico plate is amazing and a favorite is the three-taco special with carne asada. Bonus: they have Mexican Cokes made with cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup.
When I went at lunch on a Thursday the place was packed so I knew it was going to be good. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table and with chips and salsa. Service is fast. Only downside is the place gets packed quickly and it can be hard to get a table as the place isn't very big.
I had the Taco Rico plate. The rice was a bit buttery and fluffy. The beans were very well done. You can tell done of the food has been sitting under a heat lamp or in a heating tray in the kitchen.
Great food for a great price... The beef carnitas or tacos are the best. Everything is fresh & tastes good consistently when we visit. Overall very good place for the money although the location is out of the way unless you're already on the west side of OKC
What a gem! Out in the middle of nowhere, but quick and convenient from I-40. Clean and well kept cafeteria in appearance. Packed with locals. Order at the counter from an impressive amount of traditional dishes. FAST friendly service, commentary chips and salsa. Spectacular fresh made flavorful food for really low prices. Get the el pastor tacos!
Best west coast Mexican food ever! And the only place in town I know where you can buy Horchata. Try the wet burrito. It will put you in a coma!
Excellent. The tacos al pastor were the best I've ever had. Friendly staff and prompt service. The location is a bit out of the way for me (near the air port) but well worth the drive. Highly recommended.

First time trying this restaurant. We really liked it. The restaurant was very clean, the service was very fast, and the food was very tasty. I would consider this food to be more tex-mex, than traditional Mexican food, but very, very flavorful. I had the chili rayon oh and tamale while my guest had the chili Riano enchilada and taco. Both were fabulous dishes. The salsathat came with the chips at the beginning of the meal was very very tasty. I would definitely go back again and again.
Excellent Mexican Food. This place is a gem, Very un-assuming from the outside, but the food that lies within is worth your attention. Try the Taco Rico plate, its my go-to, but I've had almost everything on the menu and it's all been delicious.... never a single meal here that wasn't awesome.
Great tacos. These tacos are great! The guacamole was also very good and chips and salsa as well. Will be returning soon, and looking forward to trying their breakfast items!

Not sure if it's "Authentic". Food is great...not sure it's truly "authentic" having been to both coasts of Mexico multiple times....should have limited the night before Tequila celebration. :)

Wow! Without a doubt, the Tacos Especial Al Pastor is awesome. Have this, chips and salsa, along with a tall glass of Horchata, and I'm happy, happy, happy!

Authentic Mexican cuisine at Tacos don Nacho. For our latest culinary adventure, we went to Tacos don Nacho. With a plethora of menu choices to choose from, we decided to order the Burrito Plate and Especial 3 Tacos. The bottled Mexican Coca-Cola and Horchata were must-haves to accompany our meal. The complimentary chips (warm and lightly salted) and salsa (mild) were satisfying. Not too spicy, the pork burrito was perfectly seasoned. Served with rice (pleasingly moist) and refried beans (simple yet flavorful), topped with fresh guacamole, just the right amount of cheese, and an excellently spiced enchilada sauce, the entire platter came together very well. The Especial 3 Tacos (ordered al Pastor/ pork marinated in chili sauce), also served with rice and refried beans, was delicious. Though accompanied with lime wedges, slices of onion and peppers, the tacos were great as they were. With a squeeze of lime, these tacos were perfect for our taste buds. The Horchata was as we'd hoped it would be, sweetly cinnamon-flavored and refreshing. We couldn't be more thrilled with the authentic Mexican cuisine at Tacos don Nacho.

This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Everything is so delicious and fresh. My favorite is the enchiladas rancheras. The verde sauce is so good. You can tell the beans are not from a can. I also love the quacamole. The service is not great but, the food makes up for it.
FINALLY Real Tex-Mex in OKC. Coming from west Texas, it took forever to find really good Mexican food in OKC. We saw Tacos Don Nacho one day & decided to give it a try. The hot sauce is actually HOT! It doesn't taste like bland tomato sauce! Everything we have tried has been delicious & another bonus....it's CLEAN!!! :-)
California -Mex. I read the reviews and couldn't wait to try it , and I'm so glad I did ! The folks that operate this clean, well appointed, taco shop are very friendly and eager to answer any question you might have, which to Okies, might be numerous if they have never traveled to southern California.
My wife and I used to go there frequently, so we were well versed in the menu items that are delicious, and the best part is you can go for breakfast, lunch,or
supper either one.
So far I have only made it to lunch, but I plan to remedy that soon as I love Mexican breakfast items, my fav. type of breakfast, try this place you'll like it !
My Favorite. Tacos Don Nacho is my go to place for Mexican food. Everything I have tried is excellent. Their salsa, with distinct notes of cilantro, is my favorite of any restaurant around here; it's so good I don''t mind that they don't offer queso nor sopapillas. I recommend the Chile Rellenos. They are the best I have ever tried...filled with cheese and topped with verde sauce, these are normally just too hard to pass up. Order the "Chile Relleno Mexican Plate" where you will get two chile rellenos as well as rice, beans, and tortillas. I also enjoy the beef soup, the tortas (al pastor), or the wet burrito (chile verde) plate.
In the words of Dora the explorer's backpack-delicioso!!!. This place has only been open for a lil' while. It's always packed and now I finally know why. It's totally authentic Mexican home cooking. I'm from Tulsa and there are tons of places that this joint reminds me of. I felt like I was back home. I had the especial 3 tacos with the shredded beef. It was exactly what I wanted! It satisfied 2 cravings for me, the craving for beef, and the craving for authentic Mexican food. The service was fast and friendly and the price wasn't bad either. I will be telling people about this place. It's a true gem! And like a true gem it should be cherished. I will be back!! Excellente!

Yum!. I just recently discovered this place after it was recommended by a co-worker. Tasty food with vibrant flavors, quick and friendly service, and extremely reasonable prices. I'm so glad I work close by so I can grab a quick lunch from time to time. They even have a drive through, which is awesome if you're on the run like me. It's a kind of place where you order at the counter and they bring your food to you, so tipping is optional but I highly recommend you do, because they deserve it!

Not Tex Mex. I'm from Southern California and this is Mexican food like what I am used to. It's wonderful Mexican food and not like so many other places I've eaten here that's more Tex Mex. The owner is from Norwalk, CA too...:>) Yummy...
SO GOOD!!! Had Taco Rico platter, and especial 3 Tacos both were out of this world. Very authentic! Salsa is hot and delicious. Chips are light and crunchy. Wish I lived closer I would eat here all the time.

Good place overall. The food is awesome. Brush up on your mexican meats...barbacoa, carnitas, etc so you know what you're ordering. If you have questions, they can answer them pretty good even if English is their 2nd language. I love the food...the tacos are $1.30 each and you can eat cheap if you want. Everything I've eaten is good. The salsa can be pretty spicy and most everything is served with jalapeno's.
They are packed at lunch so if you go then get there early. When they are busy don't expect spectacular service but they aren't just lounging around either...they're busy getting food out to everyone.
They also serve beer if you go for dinner but they close at 8 PM. Complimentary chips/salsa with all meals.
Tasty Food, Service OK. I have eaten here on many occasions over the past 18 months. The food is always tasty (I like the Taco Rico Plate), the salsa is excellent (you have to ask for the really hot one) but the service is hit or miss. It's almost always crowded and if you don't get what you need right away you probably won't get it at all. Definitely worth checking out if you like your food spicy and hot.

Best Mexican Place in OKC. Ok, so I haven't tried them all, but I have tried a lot...and this place is AWESOME. It was recommended by some friends of ours from Mexico who love it, as well. It should be on Diners, Dives and Drive Thrus. Get the Especial 3 Tacos - it's shredded beef that taste like your mama's pot roast, only spicer. The flavors as so bright. I wish the tortillas were freshly made - my only hangup with a lot of Mexican places...having lived in San Antone for years. But the food is great, the sauces are delish, the beef is plentiful, the guac is fresh, and they sell glass tall bottles of coke to drink made in Mexico! What's not to like?!
Best Mexican In OKC. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, Tacos Don Nacho is the best place to get it in the OKC metro area.The tacos (by default soft) are great. Pretty much everyone I get to try the al pastor meat agrees it's the best taco meat they've ever had. Absolutely The Best!. Our family meets here every Saturday afternoon. This is absolutely the best Mexican food in the OKC area - maybe in all of Oklahoma! We travel 30 miles one way to get there, so it must be good! This restaurant is always busy, staff is so friendly, restaurant is clean, and the food is the best I've had in Oklahoma. I have lived in Arizona and California and never had Mexican food any better even in those states. My personal favorite is chicken tacos although everything I've had has been good. Yes, the salsa is very spicy, but that's what salsa should be! After eating here, no other place compares. I just wish a Tacos Don Nacho would be closer to Edmond, but we will keep driving the 30 miles to get there in OKC every Saturday! Our friends always ask if we are going to "Amarillo" for lunch on Saturdays, and we always tell them "yes" - of course!

Excellent. Food is excellent. Their soft tacos are delicous and only $1.30 each, 3 fills me up easily since each one taco has two tortillas. They close pretty early, around 8:30pm on Friday nights. Large selection of meat choices and their salsa is spicey but oh so good - I easily go through 4 glasses of water eating their salsa. One of the most authentic and best Mexican restaurants around.
Best Mexican food in Oklahoma. Delicious. Authentic. Budget-friendly. We eat there at least once every couple of weeks. Perfect for lunches and take-out available for dinner.
Great tortas. Probably my favorite tortas in the city. The al pastor is so delicious without being suer greasy. If you get the carne asada, it's a giant piece of beef. Almost as big as a small person's face. It's kind of a weird location, but right down the street from us, so we love it.

Oh Ya!. Ok first things first this place was suppose to be a taco tic but the building it went broke. Being a taco tic cult member i was sad when they didn't open. After avoiding this place for the last few years i finally stopped by and tried it all i have to say is this place will be here a long time. They have a great thing going very clean great staff and perfect food. Oh by the way if you don't like it hot maybe you should go to taco mayo. Good job Taco Don Nacho!

This is our VERY favorite Mexican Food eatery! We have been coming here for over 12 years. We never found anything like it (which is authentic California Mexican food) here in Oklahoma...or when we lived in Kansas...and there is NOTHING like it in Florida where we now live! Wish they would send someone out to the East Coast to make food like this so we can enjoy it regularly...
Ordered tacos de tripa, lengua meat flavor is really good my co worker ordered chicken burrito he rated it the best he has had. The salsa and chips were OK I suggest a more spicy salsa for the tacos that's the only bad side I could pick out just lacking on the spicier salsa on the tacos.

Where do I start! Fast service, great Authentic Mexican food. I had "Enchiladas Verdes" and "Taquito Al Pastor" Any plate on the menu is awesome! The flavors are all there. The guajillos sauce and tomatillo sauces are all made from scratch! Prices are reasonable and worth it! They are packed for lunch so get there early or after 11:30 a.m. but even then the wait is minimal. Enjoy!!!!

I love this restaurant. The place was nice and clean. The ambience was great. I got a pineapple drink and that was very refreshing. The food was mind blowing. I got the wet burrito and it was divine. My wife tried the enchilada and tacos and she couldn’t stop talking about it. My kid had chicken nachos and they were great. Overall amazing place. Will come back again and again.

Amazing find and amazing Mexican food. You order up at the counter and seat yourself. Complimentary chips and salsa; the red salsa does have a hot kick to it and surprised my taste buds lol, green salsa is more like chopped New Mexico green chili, much more milder and would be awesome over eggs Or breakfast burrito. Wife had the Taco Rico plate and that was fantastic; soft seasoned fajita meat with peppers, onions, tomatoes and avocado on topped served with fresh refried beans and rice and homemade tortillas.
I had the combination platter; one cheese enchilada and crispy beef taco with rice and beans. The enchilada was great and the red sauce was good, could’ve used a bit more of rest sauce. The crispy beef taco was crunchy with a homemade shell, rice was tender and refried beans was fresh and delicious and I don’t usually eat those. We will definitely be back and highly recommend
Love love love this place! Best Mexican food closes to me in Yukon! You cannot find a better place. They offer carnitas and other options, which a lot of the Mexican restaurants I have been too only offer beef or chicken. This is our go to spot! Always busy but the food is on point! I think one time I was given asada instead of carnitas but it wasn’t a disappointment! Will take pics next time!
