Henry and his staff have been consistently fantastic! I moved to Forest Park and still come here for the sushi and service. Props to Aisha, Mike, that super sweet blonde lady (lover her!) and the kid that works the bar at lunch. These guys do it right! The staff is friendly and attentive. Don’t drive past this place, drive to it! The John Wayne roll (or Chuck Norris if you want a twist) is my absolute fave, then the Naughty Girl fresh and the Kurtz...but I’ve never had a “meh” roll here.
Had the Renegade and Pink Panther, also the small Salmon roll. These are all fresh and they don’t skimp on the fish etc. in the roll!! Great flavor! Plenty of wasabi and ginger and the fried gyoza cooked perfectly and very tasty! Highly recommend!
We LOVE The Sushi Bar at memorial. Eric is our favorite server. His recommendations are fantastic and he's very knowledgeable about new specials. Thanks Eric! We've been going here for a couple of years now and have never had an item from the menu that we didn't like. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Was blown away by the roll selection. My server and manager both made great suggestions. The best sushi I've ever had in OKC. Thinking of taking out a small loan so I can eat here as often as possible.

Awesome place to have sushi or ramen, and the bento box are delicious. The atmosphere and feel of the restaurant is great, the service was amazing. They have special dishes and entrees that are always changing. All definitely go back anytime we are in the area.
We have the best service every time we visit. Tara and Lisa at the bar are so caring and go out of their way make sure you have an excellent experience. I would recommend this restaurant to any one. The food is amazing too!

The food here was amazing and so was our service (and good service goes a long way with me.) This place also had great prices despite seeming a little fancier than sushi restaurants that I'm used to.
We have eaten here several times and always enjoy it. Last night we took the Sushi rolling class, and had a blast! Would highly recommend attending if you get the chance!
My wife and I have been here many times. We absolutely love The Sushi Bar! Our server, Michael, was one the most entertaining servers I've ever had. The food was excellent, as were the drinks. I always go for the traditional raw dishes, while my wife prefers the cooked/vegetarian dishes! You can always expect to have a great meal when you come here, regardless of your dietary habits.
We ordered sushi and shrimps fried rice. I thought it was good, I highly recommended for everyone to try it. Our waiter was very hopeful helping us picked. Definitely come back to try some Ramens or other items on the menu
Ordered the Apple Cider Mule, tasted just the whiskey, so ordered Coconut Mule and was perfect, gave the other to my husband, and he had a bottle of hot sake. They had so many sushi rolls to choose from and ramen for my husband since he isn't a true sushi fan. I ordered the slippery shrimp, caterpillar, and fisherman's roll. The first 2 were great, and the fisherman was too fishy for my liking. But, I ordered extra eel sauce to make it edible. Such a nice waitress, saying that I chose her favorite of everything I ordered. Makes you wonder which one, if any, was her true favorite...
Love to eat at this location.
I use to come all the time pre Covid when they had the best lunch sale. Things have changed since then! Everything tasted great.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: customer service was great! The manager and bartender was very nice!
TASTE: Everything was delicious! The rolls are assembled perfectly!
COST: A little more on the costly than other places, but they are worth it
Overall I love this location. Feels very cozy! They get packed at night and you can’t call in a reservation less than 6 people.
Quick lunch with my daughter. She enjoyed the Japanese fried rice. She commented that it was fluffy and moist. The shrimp had been de-tailed, which also made her smile.
I tried the bento box with eel. Very nice lunch portions. Salad, rice, fried gyoza, and soup rounded out a nice light lunch

I went back and I wasn’t disappointed, it’s busy on a Saturday night you will need to make a reservation.
I had the peach mule, I’m not usually a fan of a mule but this one is my new favourite. The orange blossom adds a nice twist.
You have to try the crab cakes - they are made fresh daily with real crab!
Annamaria fresh Sushi was nice, the tomato on top shows a contemporary twist on the food but I really loved the naughty girl roll - my new favourite. The chicken Katsu was cooked to perfection.
The chocolate divine cake was a great end to the night, not too heavy or sweet - complimenting my sushi perfectly.
I’d like to thank My server was Cassidy and the manager on shift was Shandi, you were great thankyou!
And most of all thank you to Cory the owner - it was jam packed this evening and yet he was able to invite us back for the real
Sushi Bar experience.

More contemporary flavours instead of traditional sushi. Lovely modern decor. Waitress forgot to give us napkins & cutlery, and we could have been checked on a bit more.
My preference is traditional, I prefer sumo > ninjha > sushi bar
We had an amazing dinner here! We have been here many times before but our experience tonight was exceptional, all tied together by the service. Our server, Anais was incredible. She was so friendly, thought ful and attentive to us. And made sure that my dietary restrictions were very well taken into account. The food was great as usual! We always get some variation of the Japanese fried rice, and I tried the chicken katsu with grilled asparagus and bok Choi. All in all a great experience, Anais deserves 5 stars!!!! She totally made our night! Can’t wait to come back
We ordered through door dash, and even with it being delivered it was still very good. The sushi tower, salmon sashimi and gyoza were great! The sashimi was actually worth the money which rarely happens. Definitely the best things here. The captain crunch roll was pretty decent, but the miso soup and naughty girl roll were not our favorites. We’ll be going back again though to try more things!
The only reason they got 4 stars, they only had two servers working on a busy Sunday. It took 15 minutes to get our tea. Other than that the food was great and filled me up. Lots of Sushi options and they also have ramen and other types of noodle dishes. Good selection of beers both international and local.
Really yummy Sushi! The Green Tea Cosmo was delicious as well. Loved sitting at the bar and watching the chefs prepare the Sushi.
Service could have been a little more attentive, especially for a week day, and not too busy. Soft shell crab...not sure what was going on there, but I definitely would not recommend it. Other than that, sushi rolls and wine, chef's kiss! Will return next time we're in OKC!
Quality of sushi and sashimi is at a level that other OKC dining experiences have a hard time matching. The Anne Marie is one of their unique rolls we recommend!

We always have a great time here! We love their specialty rolls, specifically the Ana Maria, bassonator, and Pandora’s Box. All their normal rolls are great, and the service is always fantastic. The hamachi kama is my favorite of any restaurant here. If we want to splurge on sushi, Sushi Bar is always at the top of our list!
After my friend turned me on to sushi, this was my first restaurant, and since then I have tried a few others in the OKC area. The Sushi Bar has consistently excellent quality fish, and I have always gotten excellent service at different times and different days of the week. The only complaint I can think of is my boyfriend didn't think the spicy rolls are actually spicy enough, but that's about as far as the negative comments can go.
We had our Christmas party here a group of 8 and our waiter “Jake “ did an awesome job. The drinks and food was a very generous amount of serving’s more then we could ask for . Great job guys I’d come back .
This place is really nice! The customer service here is great and the restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing.
I ordered two #sushi 🍣 rolls, the captain crunch roll and the salmon teriyaki roll. They were both made fresh and were very tasty.
Why 4 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ and not 5 - The packaging was not what I had expected of such a highly rated restaurant. The packaging consists of a white un-branded bag and a standard white styrofoam box.
Every roll I've ever tried here is good. I prefer raw but have even tried a few cooked and they're tasty as well. The Dragon roll has eel with a nice smokey flavor. Nice selection of wine to pair with.
Service was great. Food was good, but we did end up with stomach aches after we left... Seems like the tuna may have not been so fresh unfortunately. Previous experiences have all been great though.
