It's just fully loaded chili dogs with signature chili, chopped onions and lots of cheese. The dogs come from a local butcher, I think they still do. I can eat like 4 of them, but shouldn't.. lol

This is my only choice for coneys, I've been coming here since I was a little girl and still to this day. Definitely recommend the coneys, spaghetti, and the frito chili cheese pie!! Super fast service and the atmosphere is like being at your family's for lunch or dinner. My favorite place!
Hotdog Heaven! Been frequenting this haunt for nearly 30 years. Nothing fancy here - no endless options for your dog. Order 'em up with or without mustard, onions, chili or cheese - or throw all caution to the wind and order ya one "all the way."

These people not only have and make the best hot dogs in OKC they are really really sweet and kind I owe them cause I forgot they only take cash but they still gave me the food six dogs and bag of Doritos so sweet of them I will back asap to repay and tip them well ...thank you guys at Coney Island
