So many options to choose from, everyone will find something they like! Great pricing for amazing food! I like that they have a full salad, sushi, dessert and oriental bar! Everything is the best!
The food was great! Everything was stocked despite us being there during the dinner rush. Highly recommend!
I loved the buffet it was hot and fresh and they even have sugar free ice cream
Great food! Enjoyed the hibachi the best but loved it all!
We both enjoyed the great variety of choices. I myself had the choice of what I wanted and cooked in front of me .... Fresh and hot ! Everything l had was delicious.
And .... They even had a senior citizens discount ! Which l , most proudly fell under at the required age !!! LoL
Next time I won't forget the " eggdrop soup " ! Too full ! :)
Great food, large selections of everything and the staff are very friendly, and attentive to the customers - refilling beverages often, checking and asking how you're doing, is there anything they can do, for you, etc.
Love love LOVE this place! The sushi is AH MAZ ING! They have a great variety of different foods, my go to place for Asian buffet! WAY BETTER than taste of china down the road, or as my family calls it "Taste of nasty"
I love this place! I work on the Southside so it's a great lunch spot for me and my co-workers. We sometimes travel all the way from Edmond just to go. The variety and quality are excellent. It's SUPER clean, and the staff is attentive.
Excellent food, clean and well presented. The sushi is probably the weakest part of the buffet with nothing resembling raw fish to be found. Lots of Americanized rolls with cream cheese and imitation crab. Mongolian BBQ is excellent as are pretty much everything on the buffet. The ribs are excellent, never expected all you can eat BBQ ribs on an Asian Buffet. Great selection of fresh fruit and desserts too.

When we're craving Chinese buffet, Hibachi is where we go! Hibachi has a very large selection of cuisines: Chinese, Chinese-American, Sushi, Grilled Items, American, Soups, Salad, Cold Items (e.g. Shrimp Cocktail), Desserts/Ice Cream cups, and more. It is a fantastic, affordable alternative when you are on a budget, but ready to wolf meals down. While the food quality isn't 'gourmet', the buffet is still delicious and its wide range of options is sure to please the whole family.
Tip: I recommend coming to Hibachi on Friday/Sat nights and Sunday when its busy and in their peak hours. The more people there, the more the food is pushed out, and the fresher & hotter the dishes are since they are rotated more often. If you had to come on another day/night, I do see the staff changing out the dishes, just not as much.
Hope you enjoy!
If you're looking for a little more of a vast, fresh variety in your Chinese/Japanese/American buffets then look no further! There is everything one could ask for from fresh sushi made right in front of you, to ribs, to stir fried rice; basically you name it, they have it! It's a little bit of a travel and on the pricey side but worth the drive!
We love this place. I prefer to eat here after 4:30. Better food items on buffet. Sushi/Sashimi us fresh. Everything is hot on buffet. Good price. Only complaint is the last 2 times we have eaten there we had to chase down our waiter/waitress to get a refill on our drinks. Very young wait staff.
Probably the best asian buffet in the immediate area, they have an extensive set of offerings on the buffet - including some I doubt are Asian - like Irish potatoes for instance. Still this is America and we don't worry too much about ethnicity - we just enjoy eating tasty things.
Some of my compatriots really enjoy mud bugs for reasons I fail to fathom. They can gorge themselves silly here.
Have always had good experiences here.
--->Sundays = Hibachi Supreme Buffet
Our favorite Chinese buffet. We eat at Hibachi at least once a month (only because we live in far North OKC...long drive down there) and have never had a bad experience. We aren't really Chinese buffet people, preferring sit-down meals, but the Chinese buffet is pretty decent, easily on par with other buffets in town. What we really go there for is the sushi. Hibachi has the best buffet sushi we've ever had. The rice is good, the selection is good and they always have at least one person there making more sushi. The Mongolian BBQ is the other major reason we go and it's also our favorite in the metro. The grill (ribs, peppers, fish, etc..) is very good and my wife especially likes the blue crab on Friday nights.
We've never had an issue with bad service (it's a buffet!) or restaurant cleanliness and we always leave satisfied with our experience.
Large selection, fresh cooked and full of flavor. Very polite real Chinese girls serving the food.
One of the best buffets around!
Excellent food as well as service.
Good Chinese food! Nice clean place. Love the grill where they prepare your food. The guys do an awesome job, it's fun watching them! The flaming banana is cool to watch!!
Definitely my fav. restaurant!! i eat here at least twice a month. if you love Sushi this is the place for you. excellent Sushi, and hibachi grill. amazing coconut shrimp!

Mmm Mmm good. My husband & I really enjoy eating here. The selection is vast and suits our tastes. We bring out of town/state friends and family here to eat. Most are impressed and ask to eat here again when they visit. The frog legs are one of my favorite and my husband loves the ribs. We will be back, again and again.
No complaints. This is one of my favorite buffets now. Its decently priced with good food. Plus they have sushi. People who complain its greasy are expecting too much - its a chinese buffet. Come on now. Good place to eat.
Best In Town. I've eaten at several Chinese buffets around the area. This one had the best potstickers (fried meat dumplings), crab rangoon and hot & sour soup. Everything else was above average. Seldom seen Duck was nicely prepared and served. Waitstaff was VERY attentive. Will be back.
Better than Others. We use to go to another buffet across the street and by far Hibachi is way better. The mongolian bbq is awesome and the meat is very fresh. The sushi is made fresh in front of you. The buffet items are what you would expect but your at a buffet not a fancy restaurant!
Cheap and good!. This is by far my favorite buffet restaurant in OKC. The price is a little lower than other Asian buffet restaurants. They have a variety of foods to choose from and they taste yummy! I don't care much for their sushi but I especially I enjoy their stir fry noodles. I will be back soon!
Best buffet in metro area,I finally got a chance to try out. nice atmersphere and variety of food. will come back.
Hibachi. Very good layout, selection and wonderful service.
Five of us dined on a Saturday and each of us described everything we ate as delicious. Especially the bbq chicken and ribs.
Need more visibily of condiments and dipping sauces, but otherwise a great place to eat buffet style. Also provides mongolian bbq.
Decent but not great. The selections were more plentiful than some and the food was consistent. The selections for the mongolian grill had more vegetables than most which was good. the sushi was very sup-par, the service was good. It was also a little more expensive than most. was it good , yes was it the best no. As i live in norman i would eat it again but not drive out of my way for it
Best in Tri-State Area. My wife is Chinese and we travel to China frequently. We have 5 star restaurant chefs in the family. We make a point of trying different Chinese foods when we travel. We have found several that we like. This one is the favorite. Fresh shellfish brought up from the Gulf several times a week, unique items we have not seen anywhere since leaving China. Wide varitety of foods. No problem finding something for that uncle who hates Chinese food you drag along. 35 ft Hibachi Grill, Several tables of "americanized Chinese dishes you would expect.. all with great flavor and unique traditional ones you wont see anywhere else, great fresh sushi, not just california rolls. Huge salad bar and dessert selection. Fresh, Clean, Friendly. We have had all the Asian food in Greater OKC area and this one beats them all. Our second favorite is a drive to Arkansas!
My friends and I like to try different restaurants when we have "Tuesday Girls Night Dinner Out." We were wanting Chinese and I had seen the reviews on urbanspoon for Hibachi Grill so we gave it a try. We were not disappointed! I've never seen a larger Chinese buffet anywhere. They were constantly bringing out fresh food and we never saw an empty pan. I'm not a sushi fan but my friend enjoyed it quite a bit. I am also diabetic and they had so many options I could eat. Most Chinese restaurants have almost all batter or breaded fried foods. I was quite happy with the clams, squid, frog legs, crawfish, green beans, chicken on a stick, salad bar and so many other low carb options! The place is very clean, the staff nice, we were seated immediately, and our water glasses stayed full. I highly recommend Hibachi Grill. They have something for everybody, even the kids we saw were happy since hey have a great dessert bar with cookies, ice cream, pastries, pudding, and fresh fruit.
Love the salmon, was only disappointed one time with it. But overall really enjoy your establishment. One suggestion...please add cabbage for the Hibachi grill.
It's pretty good!. I like the hibachi it's good and tasty and fresh. The buffet is your regular chinese fare with some other options like the salmon and seafood. The sushi is pretty good too from the few I have tried although at times it does seem a bit dry. Soup is good and salad bar has good selections and tasty goods!
Respond from Stephen to WEFOUNDIT2. My name is Stephen,I'm the owner of the Hibachi Supreme. I have writen a reply in the past responded to you and Okie on Dec.26. but took it down after you removed your last review on Dec. 23. everyone can still see it by click on my user name and your.
now,I feel the need to clear up something here.I know who you are ( by your past reviews, the way you wrote, and the contents of your review for other, and in one other review you mention you were disable...)it's not hard for me to figure out who you are by adding one and one together. and the fact that we do not let most of customar leave unhappy, that's why I can remember you, even we have served hundreds of people every day.
you and you wife were here quite often before what happen. what happen was kind of funny,if one think about it for seconds.
It was Dec.23 2011, two days before Christmas, and the Chinese's New year just around the corner. the chilled air filled with the warm holiday joys, and smile on everyone's face.... it's was after the lunch rush,my wife and son were just sitting there talk about my son's Chirstmas list, and if we will getting snow this year..
Suddenly, the waitress who waitted on your table scream and running to the front and shaken with tears she pointed at your table crying..I knew right the way, you have done it again..
you see, you're kind of good customas in a way, (before this) alway quieted not much of troubles and alway tipped.. and tipped too much this time I must added.
See, everytime you tipped the waitress and you leave some foreign currency some time Pesso sometime Japanese yans..it's very exciting sometime.
but last two times you leave the $10,000,000.00 bills ( the one they use to burned it when peoples die in some of Asian country, for your love one to spend in the afterlife. but if giving to someone alive, its curse and bad luck, especially when around the New year)
last time you gave it to a guy, he just laught and burned it afterward, but this time the waitress very take it seriously.(she quited a couple day later BTW)
I thought I have handle it well, but you got up and leave and saying we're rudely refused your gift, and you will never come back again and will go back to eat at the restaurant your have mention in your post, the same restaurant you said you will never went back after your fist ate here.
it's your own fault that you embarrassed yourself, and don't make a your mission in life to post in here every months.
let it go. let other use the Urbanspoon as it intended..if i recall you never even try Sushi ( see your Dec.23 post)
I will take mine down if you want me to.
@ everyone else. Thanks for the kind words and all of your supports for our first successful year.
for those who voted doesn't like it, please give us a chance to change your mind.
I loved this buffet. I ate so much sushi from the all you can eat sushi bar. The grilled ribs were excelente as was the crawfish. I really enjoyed the general's chicken but I think I got a bad batch of the nuclear chicken. It was overcooked and dry in the middle. The whole experience was great. Those was my first time and it was unclear as to who I paid, server or up front, but that is a minor criticism. I will be visiting again.
Excellent Sushi / Food. Hibachi Supreme Buffet is the go to place at the shop. Lunch buffet is $7.50 ish and it is awesome. The Hibachi grill is nice with plenty of selections of fresh veggies and various meat and fish/shrimp. I think the thing that sends Hibachi Buffet over the top is the sushi bar. You name it they got it and the Chef is making it on the spot. For a Chinese buffet restaurant you can't go wrong with Hibachi Supreme Buffet. The wait staff is very attentive and the place is always clean.
Best Asian Buffet in OKC. One thing that most people do not understand about the restaurant business, is 1. If you get a place that was previously owned and made a bad name it is very difficult to make a new place succeed., 2. There are customers that no matter what you do for them they are never satisfied.
Hibachi Supreme Buffet is fairly new with NEW OWNERS, they are not the same people who had it previously or when it was Home Town Buffet.
The food there is Spectacular, the service is even better, and the price is just right. I have noticed a few poor reviews on here, and I was present when each of the patron's who have written the poor reviews were there. Needless to say, I would NOT want them in my establishment.
The Owner of Hibachi is very laid back and is about providing not only wonderful food, but awesome service. If you have an issue, speak with him or his wife, they will fix whatever problem you may be having at that time (this of course is only regarding the food and service, being a miserable individual cannot be fixed by them).
I have been to most of the buffets in OKC, and I have to say that Hibachi has won my loyalty. Keep up the awesome work!!
Good. Have been 3 times recently for lunch. Food was good, service was good, it was clean, price was reasonable. I am pretty much a seafood/sushi person and really liked the clams and crawfish. Sushi had a very limited selection and was only OK. I always stay near here when in town and will definitely go back. Probably wouldn't drive across town for it though.
Not the same as it was. Having tried this establishment when it had a different name and being very disappointed, I was a hesitant to return thinking that it was just the name that changed. Boy, was I wrong.
The food was excellent, and there was a lot of it in many different varieties. As an unapologetic seafood lover, I was not disappointed in the selection. Of the 8 different dishes I tried, none were bad, or left me regretting my decision.
I did not have any sushi on this visit, as I was too busy going back for seconds and thirds, but that just gives me an excuse to go back again.
And I will go back again.
The food was okay for the price. A variety of food to choose from ribs, Mac n cheese to frog legs and squid. Sushi was good - just wish they provided the name. For $10 a person, I would go back.

I really loved it! You will be surprised by the selection they have!
Successful establishment Trent to have a lot of competions! When you served hundreds of customers everyday, you definitely gonna have a dissatisfied few. Personally,I think the food here is one step above the rest of so called authentic Chinese buffets nearby! Oh! One of many thing that like the most about this restaurant is the Sushi! ......
Ate there about a month ago. It's second on my list of favorites for Chinese buffet. First being China King at Penn and Memorial. Service was good and food was equally good. It's a drive for me, but I would return for the variety.
VERY GOOD ASIAN BUFFET. I wish this restaurant had a location on the north side, as it beats any Asian buffet there. Food was of excellent quality, plentiful & very fresh. I'm not in the neighborhood often, but will definitely return.
Family Friendly & Large Selection. Contrary to what another reviewer seems to think this is NOT the same buffet or the same managment as when the location's previous owners operated YORK buffet at this location.
We know the manager/owners of Hibachi Buffet and have been their clients for over 7 years, well before they opened at this new location. They have a great little restaurant in Moore also, which is where we originally began to be their clients.
This is a real life, family-run business and you'll find their buffet jammed full of just about everything that can make your group satisfied.
From the American style entrees (pizza, mac & cheese, corn, mashed potatoes, etc), to the the fresh salad bar and ice cream selection (for the non-adventurous types) to the fresh sushi, squid and fried froglegs for the more adventurous diners. You'll find the typical Asian favorites (Sesame chicken, Egg Foo Yung, Broccoli Beef, Egg rolls, Hot & Sour Soup, etc) as well as more interesting items not always found on Asian buffets (Poached Salmon and Mongolian Stir Fry). Don't forget to try the now-famous Flaming Banana.... just remember stand back so your eyebrows won't get singed when they prepare your flaming banana!
We love this restaurant and bring all our friends. If you find you don't like Hibachi Buffet then please post your review of what Asian restaurant you found to be better. We just haven't found anything that comes this close to having the quality Asian dishes we like and which also has typical American food for our non-adventurous guests.
Excellent food for a buffet. Always fresh. Good value and great selection. Have eaten there numerous times and it's s always good.
Excellent Buffet. This is one of the best buffets I been since Golden Corral. There food were all fresh such as raw fish, sushi, hibachi, crawfish and etc. Not just fresh but everything had excellent taste to it!
Wonderful! Fantastic variety, and they are kid friendly. They have everything from pizza and mac and cheese to crawfish and frog legs. Sushi is good for it being a buffet and hibachi restaurant. Will never go anywhere else again. Ask the hibachi for the flaming banana.
It's not too bad or really good. Here, it is seems to be more about quantity. They just have a lot on the buffet, but it's nothing that makes me crave it. My family likes it because of the sushi bar.
Good stuff maynard. Was impressed with the sushi for a buffet the regular buffet was average but lots of varety.
Lots of Seafood.... I am not a buffet person however, the seafood selection and the grill make this a great place to go. I love to have my food cooked fresh so that option is awesome. If you like shrimp the coconut shrimp is a must try!
Excellent sushi. My hubby and I ate here Saturday, my first, his 3rd time. The selection was great and everything I ate was very good. They have an excellent variety and the service is excellent. The place is new but it's very nice and clean. It is very reasonably priced as well. Going to be a favorite of ours from now on. Highly recommend!
Good food. Great price. Clean and appealing atmosphere.
GREAT!!!. The really enjoy the food.I really like their sushi rolls out of this world!!!!!! we will be going back!!!!!
Amazing service. Varied items, not your run of the mill buffet. More traditional: steamed mussels, crawfish, salmon. Grill had a nice selection, hibachi could have used more (my opinion). Still had some expected items as well. We will be back - but probably not a weekly hit for us.
Great food for the price .not the normal Buffet some very tasty fare. Good service. Clean.

Fresh food, nothing was crusty or old. The water tastes nice so it's filtered well. Selection is wide and only 9.99 for lunch buffet at the time I went. (Their coffee flan cakes are the best)
It was good but it tasted like it was in the warmers for awhile.
Food was good and hot! There is 2 rows of hot foods, 1 dessert/ salad bar, sushi and hibachi grill! It was $35 for 2 adults & 2 soda/teas. Not bad for all the options!! Our server was nice and very prompt to clear our dishes and refill our drinks! Definitely will be coming back!
Love it here. Food was delicious and service was excellent
Found this place while heading back home to Chicago. Had a awesome experience
Food was great and the waiter she was really attentive and very friendly. Front desk manager I believe, Regina was very friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to help out.
Thank You Regina 😊
They open at 11 and we got there at 12, the food was fresh and hot, there were so many options to pick from! The hibachi is really good I will have to come back to try the rest of the food.
Good food, a wide variety of choices, and excellent dessert bar. A great place for family gatherings like mine.
Hibachi Supreme Buffet is a spacious Asian buffet. I have been going here for over five years, because I love their sushi. They have excellent service. This is a roomy restaurant and they have a banquet room if one has a large party. They have a children’s buffet as well. We came on Mother’s Day and they gave each lady an adorable teddy bear rose. For two adults on a Sunday the total with tax was $32.98.
The waitstaff are attentive, courteous, and the hibachi grill itself is staffed by friendly guys. They were very chill. I forgot to get the coconut shrimp this time! Crud.
One of my favorite buffets to eat at. Fresh hot food everytine ive come here and so many options to choose from that youll be here a while. I personally love the fresh calamari served during dinner hours. Large parking area with handicap spaces and wheelchair accessible entrance. Friendly service with servers that frequently check on you. Clean tables and their restrooms are also checked often. Altogether great place to eat.
It was pretty good very authentic Chinese food endless sushi that was really good that actually tastes fresh you can watch them make. Little expensive during dinner but they do have duck sushi and fresh stir fry grill to order. Lunch is about $4 cheaper but dinner has better food I will be back
This place is a great Chinese Buffet Restaurant. Service is outstanding. Food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend you try this place. This is my first time back in awhile. I was truly impressed. When you leave you and family are absolutely will be full.
Please make sure you pay the hand that feeds you. Thank you Hibachi Cooks and Staff. I appreciate yall more than ever.
