I didn't know tamales could be this good. Seriously. Tamales usually range from "ok" to "pretty good for tamales" to me, but if these were the standard, tamales would be my favorite Mexican food. Had no idea.

Wow this is by far the best tamales in the metro. Great dough and the filling is perfectly seasoned as well. Service was also good. Definitely will be back
A FAVORITE SPOT! We've bought here for years and probably the BEST tamales we've had anywhere! Always hot! Always fresh! Select spicy or mild. Today we ordered half chicken and half pork and went to Hefner park to enjoy them. These are a favorite of family and friends and we Highly Recommend them

Hole-in-the-walls are sometime the place to find good food, just like Tamales El Patio. At least when it comes to the tamales we picked up, they were fresh tasting and generous in portion. We especially enjoy the cheese tamales.
Great tamales best in town as far as I know but like everything else they are just a little pricey not to bad but enough for me to decline the 5th star. All in all though tamales are worth it.
Every time I am working in the area I make a point to get tamales. I like the cheese the best, but they are all good.

Ordered 5 dozen and they had them ready to go on time. The pork flavors are delicious and the chicken option was moist and high in heat! I almost couldn't eat the chicken ones because they were sooo spicy. Some sour cream helped tone it down. Overall this place was delicious. We will be getting our
