Placed an order online for dinner and when I arrived to pickup food was tolded they were out coleslaw and beans. They apologized and quickly told me what they did have instead. Also, they offered me a free dessert for the inconvenience. The sliced brisket dinner plate was real good and tender. Rib

This Billy Sims BBQ us pretty good. The quality is consistent. The service is pleasant. I have not been disappointed. We've eaten the ribs, polish sausage, sliced brisket and the smoked turkey. The sides have all been good but I really eat there for the meats
This was my first time at a Billy Sims' restaurant. I was not disappointed at all. The staff were helpful and accommodating of the many questions we had. The food was very good and lots of it. I'll be back for sure.
Love Billy Sims. I Only wish the sizes didn't get smaller. The sides containers are way smaller then they were 6 months ago also the dessert stackers are smaller portions. That would be fine if the prices dropped to match what your buying.

Friendly staff, decent ribs, Polish sausage, brisket. Juicy and tender, but not as flavorful as I was hoping - because the smell was phenomenal. The various different BBQ sauces on the table were good, and went very well with the food. Their fountain drinks are really syrupy, though. Not enough
The prices weren't bad for the food you get. I got just a pulled pork sandwich and it was very filling with mac n cheese for a side. The pulled pork was cold though. Thats my only complaint. Other than that everything was awesome!
