Order was taken by a very nice young lady totally interested in customer service at hand, not talking or kidding around as so many others have done. Everything clean well stocked condiments.
The people behind the counter were very pleasant and polite. Best Arby's experience I've ever had.
The drive thru female employee was very friendly and helpful. Service was fast and curly fries were hot! Exceptional.
For my Veteran friends, be sure to ask for the military discount (and not just on Veterans Day)!

This Arby’s is a good one, the whole restaurant is clean, wide open spaces ( plenty of areas to sit) and the floors and tables are very clean with friendly workers. I ordered a few roastbeefs with curly fries and Archu sauce, everything was Hot and delicious. This one is located off of Sw 104th May, go ahead and come here. Much better than the Arby’s located at Sw 59th. This has became a favorite spot to eat!
Went through the drive thru, so I can not give an honest opinion on the atmosphere of this location. The food was fine.
The service, well I feel like the person at the window was new since he seemed to get very annoyed when:
1. I asked him to repeat my order (this location does not have a screen that shows your order) since he didn't before rushing me to the window.
2. I asked about touchless pay, which they do have.
3. I asked for sauces.
Overall, I think 4 stars is an appropriate rating.
Customer Service at the Arby's on 104th and S May Ave has LEVELED UP! The last few times I've been to this location, the employees working the drive-thru have had exceptional communication and personability skills. Each has seemed to genuinely vare about making my brief encounter positive and enjoyable. In a world where most fast food employees seem to hate their lives, these employees seem happy to be there, and that says a lot to me!
I love this Arby’s. The staff are always very kind & welcoming. They always make sure to get all of the food correct, and condiments taken care of. I appreciate this staff!
Fast, clean, the food was super fresh, and their condiments bar was pristeen and well-stocked, leaving me free to assemble the perfect roast beef sandwich!
One of the few arbys that actually gets the order correct!
