I love the drinks and shakes at Sonic, and the food is good too. My biggest complaint is with the app. I enjoy the special deals I can get, and I love having my order waiting or nearly ready when I arrive. But 10-20% of the time the app either won’t place my order (I usually just don’t get Sonic
This is the worst sonic in the Kansas City area. I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes and have asked about 15 minutes ago when i would get my food and she said 5 minutes. Last time i was here I waited 25 minutes in the drive through. If I hadn’t already paid I’d be gone.
The app works well here, and they try hard to accommodate when it doesn't work for some reason.

My order on the app was not processed in it's entirety. The manager came out to my car to find out what 5 items were missed. She promptly and personally hand delivered the missing items at no charge!! Couldn't ask for more to make it right. Her courtesy made up for the
Took forever to even get my order taken and I only get half a cup of tots when I order a large why pay the extra money when you can get the same amount for a medium.
The staff have always had masks and gloves on due to COVID-19. This location can be quite busy. Even when they are busy they are relative fast preparing your food. The orders are almost always correct.
