Holy cannoli!!! So many flavors & options to choose from- the best cotton candy ice cream I’ve ever had!! Raspberry chip was superb too. Loved the variety of cones they have to offer.
We had the pleasure of eating ice cream from Big Licks today and the ice cream is amazing!! There are many great flavors to choose from and the service was fantastic as well! The prices were also very reasonable and my granddaughters all gave it a thumbs up!! I would highly recommend this ice cream shop to others! Everything is very delicious!
Great ice cream! Lots of flavors. The menu board breaks them down by categories, which makes it easier to pick out what you want.
Staffing seemed young, timid. Perhaps due to staffing shortages. We never waited long for ice cream, but maybe on busier days it would have been an issue.
Prices are high-ish. Not out of line, just more than you’d expect to pay for ice cream. It is, after all, along the beach side so I guess it’s to be expected.
I got one scoop of cheesecake ice cream and boy was it good! It tasted wonderful and had swirls of cheesecake crust in it.
I was a bit disappointed by the inside of the store however, as it felt a bit empty and there was no seating. Service was quick, but nothing to call home about. It doesn't help that they are a cash only business, so don't expect to pay with a debit/credit card.
Excellent ice cream, lots and lots of flavors to choose from, friendly employees. Its a really nicely decorated, clean little shop, the air conditioning feels great, and it's very close to the beach!
Absolutely incredible ice cream! We picked Big Licks on a whim on our first night ever at Old Orchard and this is by far the creamiest ice cream I've ever had and my favorite shop growing up was also homemade but Big Licks trumps that chunk of my childhood even haha!! Our kids LOVED it and this is the first time my husband has ever been amazed at how much you get for your money. We will definitely be back before the end of our trip for another memorable ice cream experience. Thank you!!!!!
Omg, this is one of the best ice cream I've ever tasted. They are generous with the scoops and the prices are decent. Highly recommended.
