I went at around 12pm,it is not crowded,doesn't have a sitting area and the service is good,they run out of things a lot quicker, today was the third time I couldn't get a drink I wanted because they ran out of something so be prepared to change your order.

Ordered a White Chocolate Mocha and it tastes like it's straight coffee grounds with a dash of sugar. The person taking our order wouldn't talk where we could hear him. And my little sister's coffee was supposed to be a Mocha Cookie Crumble but tastes like straight water with cookie crumbles in it.
