I just want the owner of this location to know I took my son here today 7/31/2022 around 8:15pm and the crew you have working tonight did a great job making our subs and had great customer service. They really need recognition. We went to another location and had mold on top of the bread one of our subs and said we would never go back to Jersey mikes but decided to try this one and I am just thankful for the experience. It wasn’t anything crazy but they did their job to say the least!

Updating this review. A couple of years ago, we frequented this location 3-4 days a week to provide lunch for the contractors restoring our home after a small electrical fire and a lot of water damage. The service was flawless. Yesterday, we had some contractors over doing some additional electrical work so we ordered again to provide them lunch but the results were different this time. We ordered 6 subs but only got 4. We were unable to reach anyone on the phone for a couple of hours. After finally reaching the manager several hours earlier, they apologized for the error and we were able to resolve the issue. The manager's effort to resolve a customer complaint based on their error impressed us and we will return.

Shout out to Peter, the manager, for being great. We are vegetarian and he cleaned the slicer machine before making our sandwiches and changed his gloves. He was nice, attentive, and hardworking to make sure everything was running smoothly!
