I don’t write reviews unless I feel my experience was spectacular or a complete disappointment. Our first experience at Well 80 last night was pretty spectacular. We arrived at about 6pm and the place was slammed. The wait for the dining area was about 45 mins and my initial reaction to that is always to turn around and leave. However, we were able to quickly get a beer from the bar and sip it in the waiting area while chatting with our friends which made the wait completely doable. The service was impeccable. The hostess was awesome giving us a choice of tables. I expected slow service given how many people were being served and how new the place is, but that wasn’t the case. The waiter was perfect as he showed up just as our glasses emptied but we hardly realized it. He was the perfect amount of available and invisible, leaving us to enjoy time with our friends. The other notable thing for me was that none of the staff came off hurried or stressed and you could hardly squeeze by people, the place was so busy. They pulled off a relaxed, casual atmosphere in the midst of crazy which is really impressive. The food and beer were great and we felt the prices were reasonable. Will definitely be back. Nice job.

I went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday/getting her Masters. We were greeted by a lovely hostess, who was great with the kids and brought us some coloring pencils. Our waiter was great, (our 8yr old daughter has been recovering from an ear infection) started crying cause of the music and noise. Our waiter and the head chef searched all over to find her some ear plugs. The food we ordered was just as amazing as the staff. My favorite part of the night was the head chef coming out singing happy birthday with a amazing desert. If you have never tried a s’mores waffle you should. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend them.

Went in tonight for dinner & it was awesome! I'm always a little bit nervous going to a restaurant with 3 little kids, but it could not have been better. Very attentive staff and the best atmosphere, food & beer in Olympia. We'll definitely be back!

We loved it! Of course they were out of a couple of things, but that is to be expected of a brand-new restaurant. They will get it dialed in. I consider myself a bit of a Ceasar salad snob, and I have to say their take on a Ceasar was one of the best I have had. Grilled romaine, proscuitto, roasted tomatoes. Not traditional, but DeLish!!! Husband had the pork sandwich, also very good! We can't wait to go back. The staff was great too!

We waited for the crowds to thin out from opening and watched the reviews on the local social media, which continued to be very favorable. We really enjoyed the look and feel of the restaurant. We were seated right away and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the house made craft beers. The food was great and we will surely come back to try some more of the menu. The only minus is that parking is a bit of a challenge. Definitely recommend that you try this great new addition to the brewery scene here in South Sound!

My friends and I had a birthday party there on a busy Sunday afternoon. I made reservations with Eric who was very friendly and professional. The staff was very accommodating to my request to let me decorate our table before the party and even helped me. Jessica took excellent care of us with our many needs. Yes the staff is still working out the kinks with very high volumes of customers all curious to check out the new Brewpub, but it didn't affect the overall experience. A little patience goes along way. The best part is that everyone in our group had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the birthday party in a fun and festive atmosphere! Thank you to the staff for making our party a success. I truly appreciate you all.

Happy to welcome Well 80 to Oly. Thanks for making the place comfy and welcoming. Love the fireplace and fountain; excellent ambiance for a brewpub. I do not drink beer and this is the first brewery that made me feel welcome in town. Food was fantastic; server was very sweet and apologetic for needing time waiting on a larger group of 8 or so — this was not a problem for us. Ignore the “large party” whiners on these reviews. If you have a very large group, maybe this layout isn’t perfect for y’all: “get a room” somewhere else like Mercato or Ramblin Jacks or Rivers Edge or Anthony’s or Tuggie’s. Very large groups need to be flexible, chill out a little bit, and give hardworking restaurants and servers a break. Or how about a picnic somewhere!? Think about how amazingly difficult it is for a restaurant when you tromp 20 people in and all want to be served at the same time. Chillax. It’s food. You’re no more precious than anyone else, including the employees. I prefer restaurants that cater to everyone—couples, families, small groups. I felt I was welcome at Well 80. Thanks!

Atmosphere was really great. Music was old school, which was awesome. Service was good based upon how busy they got. So if your looking for a place to relax and enjoy a local brewed beer with some great food and old school music this place is it. Loved it and definitely would be back. Pictures I could get before the family destroyed it lol. This was the pork sandwich and the kids size pizza which definitely isn’t a personal pan. Cheers and enjoy!

This brewpub in Olympia downtown has both amazing food and tasty craft beer. Great service. Kid-friendly. We had Brewhouse Sprouts appetizer and this dish is incredible. Definitely check out this place again.

We had a great experience this evening! We started with the Oly Fries. They fries were cooked perfectly, the onions were sweet, and the special fry sauce was amazing! We ordered the Black & Bleu Burger, Paris Bistro Steak and the kids Grilled Cheese as our entrees. Everything came quickly and tasted excellent. The steak came with a sauce on the side that kind of has a woodsy/pine taste. Not personally my favorite but very interesting! They have a fireplace and games that you can sit and chill at but just know that kids aren't allowed in that area! They have a TV in the bathroom which is kind of fun!

Great local spot! Have some must trys from this place. 1.) Better get the brussel sprouts. 2.) Son of a Beach Cocktail I couldn't imagine the taste of the drink by the description, so I had to try it. Liquor and beer together... Some how, some way... It was really good! I would go back for these two things alone. Great spot and loved the ambiance and energy. Would recommend to others and will be returning.

Lovely lively brewhouse in Olympia. Stopped by on a Tuesday for dinner and the place was buzzing with a lot of folks. Seems like they were having a trivia night and everyone was having lots of fun. We ordered the coffee chocolate beer and also the Amber and I loved both the beers alot. Their brussel sprouts are the BEST. Tater tots with truffle tasted delicious and so did the chicken bites with nashville sauce. Service was great and all in all we had a fun time here. Highly recommend.

We did a farewell luncheon at Well 80. It is our second time visiting this location, the first time being in April of this year. Most of my colleagues opted for burgers/soups. I tend to stick to the brussell sprout appetizer and the chicken and waffle entrée. I tried the Ocktoberfest meal this time that came with sauerkraut and a pretzel. Though the bratwurst from DelMonico’s (love them) was delicious, I left the rest mostly untouched. The staff is friendly and helpful but very busy. This place gets a decent amount of traffic, and it is for good reason.

Such a cool brewery and space. Probably the best in Olympia. I really appreciate when a brewery not only has solid beer, but has great food. Well 80 has both! I recommend the chicken sandwich, and definitely get the brussel sprout appetizer - unique and delish. Thank you Well 80!!
