Great local food coop. Give the volunteer cashiers a bit of a break, they’re working for free to make your organic sand local foods more affordable! It may not be fancy, but it’s one of the best food coops in the country.
Wonderful produce, great pre-made food, respectable non-perishables and snacks. Membership is incredibly cheap, and the food is not THAT much more expensive than big chain stores. Some, but not as much as people might think. This is pretty much the only place I regularly get groceries.

I used to volunteer here. Many of the workers her were nice enough but for the most part I didn't feel like volunteers like myself were respected as most of the regular workers paid little heed to our efforts. There was a sense of a "good ol' boy" atmosphere despite the best efforts of a few people
They almost always have everything I need. Customer service is great, they're very helpful if you can't find something. The quality of the products they carry is top notch.
