So glad we found this restaurant the first time we did! My favorite dish Oxtail Pho! I highly recommend this place to anyone this going to be in the Old Market area..not to far to walk & totally worth it!

I stopped in for my first visit on a quiet Sunday evening to fill my void of Yellow Curry. The menu had plenty of great options, but I was on a hunger mission and the yellow chicken curry was outstanding! Our server Charles was great as he was also very knowledgeable and insightful in explaining other various menu options to try on our next occasion. Great ambiance too! I will be back! 5 's

Excellent place to eat and drink (although I haven't had any of their cocktails the descriptions made them sound awesome). I went 2 days in a row. So good. Damn good to be honest!

Without a doubt the best restaurant of any category in Omaha and perhaps the entire Midwest. By far the best food and atmosphere.

First visit The bun bo hue was a 3.5 star, not being as flavorful as I'd like. I did notice another reviewer had mentioned that. The combo vermicelli bowl was 4 stars for me. Good solid option. The decor is nice and it's a very comfortable place to eat. Service was friendly.

Besides pho, I've never had Vietnamese food before. I decided to try Saigon Surface, and boy am I glad I did. Vietnamese is easily in my top 5 favorite food types now. Everything was expertly prepared and so FRESH. If you're worried about portions, don't be. I can usually pack away some vittles; I hadn't eaten much today, and I left full after an entree and appetizer. Loved this place! Will be back, and will tell everyone I know.

Stopped by here for the first time yesterday and enjoyed a tasty beef lemongrass vermicelli bowl and a side of hot and sour soup for lunch. The vermicelli bowl was quite large and had great flavor. The egg roll on top was the real star though, will definitely come back for an order of those. Restaurant itself is quite nice. It’s modern decor is simple but very nice, though I don’t know that they needed to mount tablets on every booth. I was the only one in here around 2:30pm and had good service. Love that they have happy hour over lunch too!

Nice place. Good service. Food was good with great layers of flavor. Only issue I take was the lack of spice and heat to normally spicy garlicky dishes but that's probably a plus for others. I'd recommend the place.

We had an amazing experience here. Sunday night, 6pm on Memorial Day weekend. No one was there when we got there, but the place quickly filled up. Our waitress was amazing and seemed to take care of everyone without missing a beat, even though she was the only wait staff on duty. I had an amazing bowl of Angus beef stew with slices of baguette and enjoyed it so much I only had the empty bowl to take a picture of since I was famished and forgot earlier.

Finally... I had to see what the rave was about! Pho this.... Pho that. I must admit this place is really cute, nice atmosphere. I ordered the beef oxtail Pho added chicken and mushrooms. Spring rolls too. My guest ordered the same plus Hot and sour soup. The food was exceptionally fresh, huge portions. Very very tasty!!! I will be back 100%

New to the area, found this place by wandering. It has an upscale, modern, and welcoming exterior. I got there a few minutes before it opened but the staff still let me in and allowed me to look at the menu. Everything sounded delicious! The food I ordered came out in a timely manner, everything was fresh and very tasty! I definitely would recommend coming here.

The service was good.. The food is a little bland... And it came out fast..The pho noodles came out soggy.. Because of the construction outside they were slow and only one server and I think one cook . We dined in for dinner and was the only table, lots of take-outs

Wow.. every time I come here I keep thinking I'll get something else. But nothing beats the Tilapia Clay pot. Tilapia, caramelized potatoes, rice, and the most incredible curry drizzle you'll ever have. It's tangy, hearty, sweet, oily (in a good way). Almost makes me want to get another side of rice just so I can justify having the rest of the sweet nectar. Um. So yeah. Highly recommend.

Great Vietnamese in clean modern setting. Go during happy hour 1-3pm & 5-7pm (every day, including weekends) for good prices on appetizers and a few entree options (smaller entree portions though). Highly recommend the fresh spring rolls. Previously I've recommended the lemongrass beef vermicelli noodle bowl, although in recent visits it hasn't been up to par. The only disappointing thing I ordered was the fresh lime soda, which was sweetened for the American palate (and thus tasted more like Sprite) rather than being nice and sour.

If you like Asian Fusion, definitely try the Vietnamese Fusion, flavors are light, easy to eat, and not truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I do like the presentation of each dishes, looks so yum.

I love this place! Great food. Lots of healthy options. I'll give 5 stars when they improve their Flying Insect Control...there are always 1-2 flies that take away from an otherwise pleasant culinary experience.

Saigon surface is always a great experience for me ordering from door dash, and that's saying a lot. Everything is always meticulously prepared and the taste is always great. I recommend the Ox tail Pho and the Mi Vit Tiem (roast duck soup). The rolls are great as well if you're looking for a different flavor profile than your standard Chinese takeout eggrolls. I've made Pho before and it is not easy nor quick. They deliver time after time with phenomenal flavor and great service. Also, you'll probably have a hard time finishing a serving of Pho in one sitting, especially if you have something like eggrolls or calamari to go with it. That being said, mine is usually gone in less than 15 minutes because I just can't bring myself to stop 😅 This is what the Mi Vit Tiem looks like up close. Rich, dark broth that's not too heavy and absolutely PACKED with flavor. 10/10 would recommend.
