I AM SOO MAD! Yes, I am so mad, that is did not have more family style dinners at your fine establishment in the past. My retirement dinner on 9 February was beyond fantastic. It was one of the best dinning experiences that i can remember. Hats off to Andrew, the event coordinator, who's advice on the the menu was spot on. And to the serving staff- WOW, and the kitchen professionals- perfectly delicious and perfect portion control. I even had a couple of unexpected children arrive, and your professionals did not miss a beat caring for them as well as a gluten sensitive guest. The entire evening was a wonder memory on how i retired.

Love this place SO MUCH!!! Have eaten here two years in a row on our trips to Omaha. Is now a tradition for our family. Best pizzas and best gluten free pizza and bread. Amazing gluten free practices, friendly, attentive and genuine staff (we had our same awesome waitress both years) - thank you so much and we will see you next time!!!

Outstanding pizza and service! I ordered the gluten free Chicken Picannte pizza for takeout. They offer curbside service, which is handy when you've been out running all day with 4 small kiddos in tow. The GF version was small, but priced well -- and honestly this is the best tasting GF pizza I've tasted. Friendly service too. Will be back often!

Biaggi's is absolutely fabulous. The staff is great, food is great, atmosphere is great, a lot of food to choose from, reasonably priced, and definitely better than Olive Garden.

Absolutely love the Lobster Fettuccine and the Quattro Formaggi Ravioli! We rarely stray from these two items because they are so good. Another star of the show, is the Bread Pudding for dessert. To die for!

Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, very decent pricing for the portions, and even an amazing group of staff! I have never been so impressed by a restaurant before. My waiter was hysterical despite being so busy! Thanks Aaron! Even had the manager welcomed my date and myself personally after we were seated which I have never had happen to me before so that was a win in my book! I wish I could give this a 10☆ rating!!! Will most definitely be coming back again!

The food was delicious and presentation impeccable, the staff was professional, and the service was amazing! It was my first time to Omaha Biaggi's Restrurante and I will return! 2 "stellar" dishes Shrimp & Crab Cannelloni (my dish was awesome & sauce was spiced just right) & my date had Sea Scallop Risotto (I had to try his dish and everything about it was perfect from the scallops through the risotto to the basil reduction-beautiful!) Thank you Chef on the Friday nite February 5th, 2016!

One of the top chains in Omaha. It has Been in town for awhile and it is just as popular as it's been since it opened and there's a reason for that because it's always good. Here recently for a family birthday party. Had a great meal. Appitzers great, salads huge but just ok. It has been about 7 years or more since the last time I was there. It was good as I remember. portions are filling. Chicken parmesan great! Top three chicken parmesans in Omaha in my opinion.

We had not been to Biaggi's in 5 years. No reason, just an overlooked destination in an overcrowded market of restaurants. Stopped in for lunch yesterday and glad we did! My wife and I enjoyed Chicken Marsala and Capellini de Mare, respectively. The Capellini de Mare was a medley of shrimp, scallops, mussels, calamari and little neck clams in a creamy tomato sauce that had a touch of heat to it. It was beyond expectations! My wife's Chicken Marsala looked wonderful she raved about it. Our waiter, Carlos, provided 5 star service. (He's worth asking for!) I'm not one for chain restaurants, but Biaggi's is a very small chain that is unquestionably focused on providing quality food and dining experience.

Good. I normally don't write reviews for chains, but I'll say this. Biaggi's is the same price point as Olive Garden, but with MUCH better food and ambiance. Now, if you're looking for authentic 5-star Italian dining then go elsewhere, but if you want Italian-American dishes at a sane price, then this place is pretty good.

Decent Italian. I have been to Biaggi's on several occasions and never been disappointed. Although this is a pretty typical West Omaha restaurant, (I tend to like the hole in the walls) the staff always seems helpful and knowledgeable; the food has always been good as well.

Gustatory. Consistent quality. Thoughtful specials nice waitstaff. We dine here often, it is on our flight path, but it is also worth going out of your way. If you have the hankering participate in one of their wine tastings accompanied by chef Aaron's special dishes - get on their email list.

Delicioso!. My family is Italian, and it is sometimes burdensome to find a genuinely authentic Italian restaurant. We have found it at Biaggi's. The only place you will find better Italian food is in Italy.

Pork Chops and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. MMM....MMMM...Great. Off menu item, pork chops and mashed potatoes are unbelievably good. Top it off with the creme brulee for desert and you are in heaven.

Yes I do exist...Hello? Over here..... I think perhaps I have had my worst experience of restaurant service today here. Well, to qualify service there has to be service, so I don't know if I can call it service at all. I sat at the bar as I often do at most restaurants. The bartender who never gave his name and seemed less than happy to be waiting bar today came over and asked if I wanted something to drink. I asked for a menu first. I decided I wanted the soup and salad combo. He sounded annoyed that I would choose that, and the lack of service after this point served to prove this. After the first bowl of soup, in wanted to try a different soup, and looked for him for 10 minutes before he finally appeared. He never came back except to drop the check, and of course he was all smiles at that point because he wanted a good tip. The food was ok - I didn't taste ANY sherry in the Tomato soup with sherry (sherry is a very distinct flavor I know well). It's sad when the best part ofthe meal is the free bread.

Pretty Dang Good.... This is a chain restaurant, but it was impressive. We went there with a wedding rehearsal party and sat in the back room, so I didn't get to experience the main front of house service.

We started with an appetizer sampler served semi buffet style. Stuffed mushroom's, Crab & Lobster dip were both excellent. We also had the Bruschetta with plum tomatoes, basil and garlic with these little mozzarella balls that had a balsamic vinegar reduction. They were terrific!

For a main course, I had the Linguini and clams. The dish, overall, was quite nice and not over done. The only complaint I have is that the clams had quite a bit of sand in them. Enough in fact that I would not order it again. Overall, the dish would be great, but the sand was a little much for my liking. I also sampled the Farfalle Alfredo, and it was good too. The food here is nice, and seems very fresh for a chain restaurant.

The best part of the evening was the service. Our waitress was awesome, and personable. The wine was always full, and we had to wait for nothing. It was very good service without being over bearing.

I will absolutely be going back to try more of the menu...

Should I feel bad loving a chain?. I almost do feel like I should feel bad loving a chain restaurant, but Biaggi's continues to be enjoyable. Biaggi's will always have a special place in my heart as the "first" place I ever took my then "blind date" and now "wife". We make sure to spend our every anniversary here and try to sneak in another visit or two during the time between.

I'd like to think it is more then just nostalgia that brings us back, it is the great appetizers and classic Italian dishes, reasonably price and reasonably sized.

Had such a fantastic lunch celebrating my daughter's birthday. Was our first time here but will definitely not be our last. Loved everything from the Tuscan Tea to the Calamari and then the main courses. Oh yeah, can't forget about the bread, and Biaggi butter. Almost ate too much of it. Finished the meal with Boboloni donuts which were Amazing. We rolled ourselves out knowing we will definitely be back.

Words can NOT say how amazing this authentic Italian restaurant was tonight. 10/10, and I am a hard food critic. My new favorite out of ANYWHERE I have eaten. We had a glass of Italiano Pinot, Lobster Corn Chowder, cesaer salad (dressing homemade and fresh parm), Homemade Truffle Lobster and mushroom Fettuccine (noodles made from scratch), Butternut Squash Stuffed ravioli with walnuts and smoked chicken, and for my birthday dessert- homemade bread pudding that is fried, rolled in cinnamon and sugar... Our waitress was amazing - because of her charisma and character, she could turn anyones night around! The cost was less than Olive Garden - which doesn't compare to this place. Unbelievable. I can't wait to come back! 💥

I had an extraordinary dining experience at Biaggi's Italian restaurant. The atmosphere was charming, and the culinary delights were exceptional. Our server, Hannah, provided impeccable service with a warm and attentive demeanor. Her knowledge of the menu and thoughtful recommendations enhanced our evening. Manager Kristina ensured a seamless dining experience, and her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident. Biaggi's, thanks to its delightful staff, has become my go-to for an outstanding Italian dining experience. They even made sure my chicken parmesan was lactose free 🙏🏼

We went for a work Christ.as gathering. It was loads of fun. This is the second year we've chosen this establishment because it is always a phenomenal place. The food will definitely have you stuffed and happy. The staff is very attentive and very accommodating. We know this day in age service and quality are the most important and this place did not disappoint in either category. Thank you, Biaggi's!

Tried the lobster black fettucini and the creme brulee, the libster fettucine was good, not my favorite specialy pasta Ive had, but the creme brulee and the appetizers we had (meatballs and crab cakes) were all really good. Nice place for a date or a celebration with friends.

I just hosted a dinner for 55 people in their back party room. It was one of the best holiday parties I've ever hosted. The ambiance was fabulous, a perfect blend of elegance and coziness without being stuffy. The service was supreme and the food was absolutely delicious. We were thrilled with this recent experience.

This was our first visit and we were impressed! The service was excellent. Our waitress was Hannah and she was pleasant and very attentive. Our table and seats were clean and the restaurant was very clean. All of our dishes were cooked to perfection. There was an initial error with my order but they went above and beyond to make it right! I had ordered lightly breaded and fried chicken on the side of my fettuccine Alfredo and they initially served me grilled chicken. They ended up bringing me two pieces of chicken that was fried to make up for the error. We all had complementary breads with oil, Parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper, a shared appetizer, our main entrée, non-alcoholic drinks and a dessert for under $40 per person. We will definitely visit this restaurant again! The only suggestion I would give this restaurant is to quickly get the holes in the ceiling and wall repaired in the woman’s bathroom handicap stall.

The service and the food are always on point here. I tried the pizza for the first time and really loved it. My wife got the Lobster Fettuccine Alfredo which was good to me and terrific to her. The lobster was cooked perfect, I just prefer traditional noodles and she loves this style. The lemon mascarpone cake was tremendous and chocolate cake was solid. I would highly recommend. The Spaghetti and Meatballs is among the best I've ever had. Atmosphere is business casual and chatty.

Very nice. Good seating, silver & etc. Waiter 1 of the best, knew about what was asked polite. Menu broad, what we expected for Italian fare. Prices pretty reasonable for the area & atmosphere. Only iffy bit was crab cakes- smallish but ok, somewhat hot spicy. Filled up after 6 on Thurs. Big parking stalls works for me. Great evening, above expected by far!

Biaggi's may seem crowded, loud and a slew of other things, but they've done some things right. However loud the environment was walking in, and perhaps waiting to be seated for our reservation, you will notice a difference the moment you are seated. The brilliance of this restaurant is not just in the menu or the fantastic food, but the amazing design. We were seated in a booth, which was divided by a solid, 7-to-8 foot wall to one side. Why am I bothering to tell you this as a reviewer? Because, for once in a crowded(nay, packed!) restaurant, I could hear my partner in crime. Yes, we had a conversation. And no, we weren't yelling over the other noisome families or couples. We were having a conversation facing each other and we didn't have to strain to repeat ourselves or pull out a phone to text back and forth with each other. This simple design choice is a grand one in my mind, and likewise, every table had a single wall to one side to facilitate conversation. This made for a more personal dinner experience than I expected. - The service was easily a 5/5 Our waiter--bless his soul--had a rough time filling my drink request: an orange Italian soda. He went back and forth, and another waitress swept by to deliver a lemonade instead (my second choice). However, he returned to apologize stating the drink was on its way. Sadly, when the Orange Italian Soda arrived, it tasted of nothing but maraschino cherries, blended in with Italian Soda. My partner tasted and confirmed there was no Orange to it at all. I didn't make a fuss since the waiter did bring my second drink (even if by accident), so I had another option readily available. - Appetizer 5/5 Warm house bread was provided for us with an olive and parmesan dip made at the table. This was pleasant as we waited. The appetizer we chose was Bacon Wrapped Dates. These were fatty, but sweet, and utterly addicting. The sweetness of cooked dates paired with the saltiness of bacon was a combination I could forever eat, and possibly eat for a full meal (even if that'll give me a heart attack)! - Entrees 5/5 We ordered a Shrimp & Crab Cannelloni as well as a Lobster Fettuccini. Both were rich and creamy, although we both agreed the Lobster Fettuccini was perhaps the better of the two. The shrimp in the Cannelloni was slightly overcooked, with a rubbery texture that comes with it. The sauce of the Crab Cannelloni was not as flavorful as the Lobster, but both went well with the bread provided. - Verdict 5/5 If the praise leading up to this point was not enough of a hint, yes, we will visit again. The facilitated atmosphere, the service and the food warrants a second, or even a third visit. Keep in mind that a reservation is a must, as is a lovely tip.

Wonderful evening with friends. Staff was very attentive and everyone's entree was spot on. My husband and I both had the scallops that were on point with such a beautiful taste profile. We'd order that dish again and again. We appreciated the adult quiet atmosphere that allowed us to converse without screaming or feeling like you could not talk at all. No doubt we'll be back.

I've been to Biaggi's on three separate occasions now. They've become a favorite for me and my husband! Things I love: the gluten free menu, and GF bread - I'm not celiac, but have to avoid gluten for health reasons. This is one of the best places locally that offers multiple gluten free dishes that are *actually made GF* (not just salads or "naturally" GF things like grilled chicken). They even bring out warm gluten free pita for you along with the regular bread if you ask. I can't explain how nice it is to eat appetizer bread with the rest of your party instead of waiting awkwardly for your order while they chow down... it feels so good to be included! My fav dish so far is their spinach fettuccine and meatballs. It's the best GF pasta and meatballs I've ever had, not mushy or chewy like many GF pastas! Things my husband loves: the seafood, and the portion sizes - You get your money's worth here, and there are several different seafood dishes on the menu in addition to traditional Italian fare. He loves trying new things each time, but so far the crab fettuccine with black noodles is his fav! Things we both love: the service, the vibe, and the prices - Every server we've had has been knowledgeable and proficient. We've never had to wait too long for service or had any problems with our orders or our bill. The prices are fair for the amount of food and service you get, and you can do a date night + solid tip for about $60 if you skip sides/refills. This place does get quite busy, especially on weekends... But on weekday evenings or afternoons, you can hold a casual conversation without yelling across the table, which is always nice. Bottom line, we love it here. Can't wait to go back again!

Dinner before the rush turned out to be the best decision ever! First timers (4 of us) with a lot of special requests that were handled flawlessly! Service: Excellent. **side note: returned 2 weeks later, packed at 6:15 - not a great experience for our birthday celebration of 7** Quality: Excellent! **side note: 2 weeks later, returned 2 dishes twice. Waited over 15 mins to speak to a manager. Finally, after showing him these pics from 2 weeks prior, he brought the correct dishes out. Unfortunately, we had to get to-go as the 5 other family members had finished. Price: comparative to chain restaurants, but WAY BETTER! Refills: If you order a ‘special’ drink (lemonades) for your child, beware they are NOT free, good, but not worth all the ice and limited drink. Stick with water. Our teenage boys each drank 2 before we asked if they were free… We will return! I’d highly recommend Biaggi’s for an excellent fresh cooked Italian restaurant. Atmosphere is comfy, but does get loud as more people fill the space. I’d also recommend going at an ‘off’ time + making reservation. Con: 7 people requires a reservation. I would ask for a larger table or you will be squished on a round table barely big enough for 5 adults. If you ask to switch when you get there, the hostess (at least the one who we had), will have an attitude and treat you poorly, even speaking bad of you to others behind you.

I’ve been looking for good Italian restaurants since I moved here from Italy. This is so far one of the best ones and no grammar errors in the menu like other allegedly “Italian” restaurants in town. 😂 Besides that.. Absolutely loved the bruschette we had: Classico was delicious, the smoked salmon one was good as well. I ordered the sea scallops risotto like our waiter Wayde suggested. It didn’t disappoint. Loved a good Aperol Spritz that doesn’t taste like water. Our waiter was awesome, he was very nice and always asking us how we were doing. Great service. First time here and we will definitely be back. 100% recommend
