Absolutely delicious! Had the vegetarian gyro with sautéed veggies — they were cooked wonderfully. Greek potatoes also super tasty. Nice vibe inside and kind servers. A new favorite spot in Omaha!

We ordered take-out and waited for it inside the restaurant but you can call ahead. We showed up between 6-7 pm on a Tuesday, and the restaurant was very busy, but the wait only took 15 minutes, and they have a small bench to sit on inside by the front desk. The staff were all super friendly and did their absolute best to serve everyone quickly. If I could give them more than 5 stars for service, I would. We ordered two gyro platters with Greek potatoes and two baklavas. The order came up to $41, which I think is fantastic for the amount of food you get. The price in mind, I would give the food we had four stars. I must say that’s 100% about my personal preference, I am pretty picky when it comes to Greek food because I like it so much. The difference between the platter and the gyro sandwich is that it’s bigger (which basically means more meat and onion, otherwise likely the same) and you get feta and olives. It’s exactly 2 olives with the pit in and one (fairly large) cube of feta on the side. The rest is mostly meat and a ton of white onion. That said, I enjoyed it. Personally, I prefer gyro more balanced (more tomato, olives, less meat, less onion), same with tzatziki (I prefer more cucumber), but like I said, that’s all just down to personal preference. The three potatoes you get with the platter when you choose the Greek potato side are massive and very good, as was the baklava. Between all the meat and potatoes, I had enough food to save quite a lot for later and make my platter into two meals, which is always nice.

I always enjoy this place - best gyros in town in my opinion. The Kalamari is perfectly breaded, the Mad Greek Gyro is my absolute favorite, and Grilled Salmon had just the right amount of blackened to it.

Although I've heard about this place for years, I finally had the opportunity to try it. I was very much impressed with the DELICIOUS food we had. Started with the flaming saganaki with shrimp. We spread the melty cheese on buttered bread, and the shrimp were cooked to perfection! I tried the street gyros with gyro meat, and I've since dreamed about this meal! My friends had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken and salmon, so I had to try theirs too! *chef's kiss* The food was very, very good. Good food makes me happy, and what more could I ask for? Simply put, I'll be back.

Great food!! The spanadip was absolutely phenomenal. I wanted to marry it! The service was decent, not spectacular, but no complaints. The vibe was nice. Prices were fair.

This place was very nice! The hubby and I stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Athenian salad, the hubby ordered a gyro sandwich with fries. Both were very good. The waitress was friendly and I loved how the restaurant was decorated. If you are ever in Omaha Nebraska you have to stop here! You won't regret it.

I must say this place has a certain refreshing vibe. Spacious and beautifully arranged. We tried the Greek classic Flaming Saganaki & Kalamari It was fantastic. The Greek salad was fine, a wee bit more feta cheese on top would have been great 👍 Lastly, Souvlaki was appetizing and perfectly done.

I've been here several times, and the food has been great every time. The staff is excellent about any requests I have (leaving out an ingredient or putting the sauce on the side). They got a beautiful mural on the wall. 10/10 will visit again.

A nice Greek restaurant that has some delicious options. We had a number of items but some were definitely better than others on our visit. I liked that they served us bread with butter right away as our party was hungry. Tour of Greece Tiropita (cheese in phylo pastry) 3 stars. I could taste the oil and it was pretty heavy that it coated my fingers. Whatever oil it was there was a slight off taste for me on the one I tried Spanakopita 5 stars this was my favorite of the items. There was no excess of oil on this one. Keftedes (meatballs) 4.25 stars, second favorite item. It had good flavor and moist Gyro meat 4 stars decent flavor, moist Feta 4.5 stars It was good Mixed grill 4 stars It was served on a pita bread with onions and tomatoes Lamb 3.75 my lamb was overcooked which might have led it to be dry. Shrimp 5 stars Pikilia 5 stars Chicken riganato 5 stars this is what I would come back for Pork slouvaki 3.75 stars the slouvaki was dry in this case but was a bit better than the Lamb. The only reason it is equal in rating is because I have a personal preference for lamb. Dolmamthes 4.75 stars a very good version. I'm not always a fan of this item but I enjoyed this one a lot. Moussaka 4.5 stars very very tasty Loukaniko 3.5 stars Is an orange peel sausage? But it wasn't our favorite here. I didn't order it so I don't remember the details but I did try my friends order. Parking is available in a dedicated medium sized lot. The lemon potatoes were also a win. Everyone liked the house salad. It's very simple but was fresh. The olives that came with it were very tasty.

We hosted a church group of 30 on a Friday night. Always a good party place and lots of good food. We had one waitress for all of us, Maddie, and boy was she fantastic! Great, pleasant gal. Missed the 5 stars as we had to share the room with another group.

Our server was nice. The food was good, especially the hummus and warm pita bread...best hummus I've ever had! It did take them a long time to get our main dishes out, and the white sauce on the gyro wasn't all that good (it tasted more like french onion dip). All-in-all, decent place, I'd go back for their hummus! Oh, and their house salad dressing is fantastic!

Everything about this place made it feel like authentic. The smells were amazing and the Tour de appetizers the pastry lite & fluffy the meatballs w dipping sauce and gyro meat (OMG) stellar!! Our entree came well timed hot and as appealing to the eyes as to my tastebuds. My dining partner was equally impressed. Our server, Dani, was knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. This young lady was a breath of fresh air, give her a raise she represented your establishment wonderfully. We will be back, ready to continue our tour of the menu.....

Portions, portions, portions First trip out here with the wife and kiddos, and it was absolutely fantastic. We learned very quickly that the portions here are much greater than the portions we were used to back East. It is a fantastic bang for your buck with great quality food here. I got the gyro platter, the meat was tender, the tzatziki was fantastic, with the right consistency, where I was able to enjoy it on every bit of the gyro platter. Wife and kids enjoyed their entrees. Wife got one of their salads and the dressing was to die for. Much to our surprise, they sell their homemade dressing in house, so we stocked up for home. Would highly recommend the loukamades for dessert as well. These little Greek donut balls covered in honey are a great light and sweet way to polish of your meals. Needless to say, we had several Boxes to happily take home.

I've occasionally dined at Greek Isles but my all-time favorite was the Parthenon in Lincoln, however, they closed their restaurant and only do catering. AARGH! So, now, I'm back to Greek Isles but truly I want All Lamb or Goat meat, not mixtures with beef or pork or chicken. Why? Because that's how it done in Greece and all over Europe. So much better taste. I'm guessing because it costs more to cook with only Lamb or Goat, the mixing in of other meats is more economical. Dang but I like the pure taste of Lamb and Goat in my Greek and Mediterranean food. I had the Greek Pizza on Monday, really very good and yes, different from traditional pizza. Very delicious meal. Thank you Greek Isles.
