Why do I give it five stars? You know what you're getting when you go there.
It's fast food - but as fast food goes, it is good.
The staff is VERY polite and it is kept clean!
Visiting from Kansas City. I really enjoyed this fresh hot food. The dough is delicious! We went on a Friday evening it was not busy and easy on the pockets! Great prices. Staff is young but had amazing service along with the food quantity. I wish we had a Runza where I live.

Good food I ordered the southwest chicken salad, as delicious as it was there was hardly any chicken. Maybe the equivalent of 1/2 a chicken patty? The taste was great though! 😋
I like this location. The dtr cashier has been there for years. A testament to the work environment. I find the food consistent and speed of service acceptable for a dtr. I'll be back for the mushroom cheese burger.
The onion rings were on the undercooked side today. Runza was good. They seemed short staffed at lunchtime. If had been really busy they would have been in trouble. The cashier did a nice job, but she had too many tasks to juggle. I felt bad for her.
Update the guy at the register won my heart and made up for it. It made me give another star just on my experience with him.
Burger was good but fries were not. Definitely over cooked and reheated. I asked for some fries not overcooked and I swear he game me the same hard fries. Needless to say I won’t order again. The cook needs to be taught to throw out old fries after a certain time and not to reheat old fries. What a waste of money!
Great food, , very professional and super friendly. The restaurant and restrooms super clean will definitely go back over and over again!!!!!. I'm talking about the one on 72nd and Pacific and you got your food very fast!!!!!!!

You can never go wrong with Runza. If youre visiting for the first time, you must go to one and have their Cheese Runza sandwich.
