It all starts with service. Our waiter claimed to have worked there for 10 years, but every time we ask for anything, he made us feel like we were bothering with a question he repeated 3 times "does anyone want anything else also while I am getting X ?" Atmosphere is usually good, but service like that downgrades it Presentation of the food was great.
Met up with my sister here on Monday morning around 10:30am, and there was a lot of seating available. The restaurant is very clean! For drinks, we each got charged for a bottomless coffee & drank waters.
For food, we split the million dollar bacon strips & cinnamon spice churros, which are both worth their price! I also ordered a side of the biscuit & gravy, and the fresh, seasoned potatoes. I would’ve ordered a chicken fried steak if they had it on their menu, but ended up ordering more appetizers & sides instead to get the kind of meal I wanted.
Including tip, we each spent just under $30 for our food & drinks. Even though it wasn’t super busy, it did take awhile to get our drink refills, even though our server was very friendly! I’d definitely come back to this location.
My husband and I shared an order of the million dollar bacon which is my most favorite thing on the menu- it is sooooo goooood! He got the Bananas Foster French Toast and really liked it. He also got a side of the chicken apple sausage but it wasn't very flavorful. I got the Tropical Sunrise beverage and it was delicious. I got the grits and they had a very distinctive flavor unlike any other grits I've ever had but they were good.
I believe our waitress's name was Paulina and she was fabulous. This place has AMAZING food, the service fantastic, did I mention the food is AMAZING. I had the TRADITIONAL Breakfast 2 eggs over medium., Potatoes and pork sausage links with toast. The jam (fresh and delicious) Mmmm hmmm! So flavorful. If you haven't been you MUST go! The environment is so welcoming. Best breakfast place I've ever been to in Omaha.
This was our second ever visit to a First Watch, we absolutely hated it after visiting the Leesburg, Virginia location. After hearing everyone out here talk about how it’s amazing out here, we gave them a second shot.
Food was great and so was the atmosphere. Kids enjoyed their food, it was nice to get pancakes and eggs that were cooked all the way through. Only change I’d make or suggestion I’d have is that they have a crispy potatoes option and have them crisp it a bit better. We asked for crispy potatoes and they were cooked too high and they were more burned than crisped. Even with that, I’m giving them a higher rating between the 4/5 star divide.
We’ll be back for sure.

Came here for a work breakfast. Food was good and they let us reserve a room so we could have a meeting at the same time
Another good First Watch location. I am glad to see a chain that consistently has good food as well as good service. I also like that they mix up the menu with seaso al specials - and right now you can get the crab cake benedict, which was delicious.
We sat outside at this location, and it's nice that their patio area is covered by the roof of the strip mall they are in.
Service was great, friendly, and she kept our drinks filled. The food was very good, like it has been at other locations I have visited.
Sunday brunch and this is a busy place, but there's free coffee while you wait. Don't leave your coat in the car, as you will need it. The door opening so many times and the proximity of some tables to the entrance mean you'll feel the weather.
Our server was welcoming and pleasant. The food was great. The half Cobb salad and soup was only $7.99. My husband's Farmhouse skillet with quality cheese was over $10 and, he said, worth ever penny. A mug of coffee is close to $3, so I was just fine with my free wait-time coffee. The broccoli cheese was the soup of the day and was very good.
Next time I want to go with someone who orders the lemon ricotta pancakes, so I can have a taste. The bread is top notch, so hubby was glad the meal came with toast.

We were in MI for a wedding and had breakfast Saturday & Sunday. Holly was our waitress both days (we requested her on Sunday), Holly is amazing! The food was yummy and quick, drinks were awesome!!! If we're ever in MI we'll definitely be back!
The food was amazing and the place was very clean. The wait staff was nice and courteous. They have a community table which is where we sat. It’s pretty cool to have that. We had the pleasure Of meeting a nice couple. There’s usually a wait but it’s worth it
Everything's amazing here from the staff to the food - do yourself a favor and check this place out 👍
The Green Chili Hash with pulled pork hit the spot. It was a large enough portion to take half home as well.
Chris has been put waitress the last few times my group has come in and she is FANTASTIC!
Thanks for the great service!
Love this place. Great food and unique specials every week. Never fails to impress me.
Came to this location for brunch after my pilates class. Wasn't too busy, got seated by Riley right away. I didn't know what to order, so I just made up my own breakfast with lemon dressed greens, over easy egg, a side of avocado and the Carrot Crush juice. Riley was nice and on top of it this morning!
