My Dad and I stopped in for lunch and had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. The standout for us was the Mango Crab Rangoon. I also enjoyed the Basil Beef. It was more than enough for lunch with leftovers for later. The service was efficient and friendly. I definitely recommend Mai Thai for a quality meal!

The yellow curry was a thing of beauty, with fresh ingredients and full flavor. I asked for 5 out of 5 on the spicy scale, and got maybe a 3 at most. Next time, I'll ask for 10 out of 5 spice.

Open entry we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. They were in a busy lunch hour. It did take sometime to place out order due to several larger parties. Food prices were normal for the entree's. The appetizers were over priced. It was chilly in the dining area.

The flavors are spot on. Everything taste delicious... The beef salad is fantastic. Some of the flavor reminded us of our time in Thailand, some of the dishes are really traditional (the papaya salad for example). The service is very nice and helpful and the place is really neat. I can see where some might think it is pricey but for the quality / type of food this is very fair deal as the portion are large. Wait time could lead to a four star review... But good is clearly freshly done. No short cut.

Let me tell you about these wings at Mai Thai...best wings I've had probably ever in my life! They are so crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside and the sauce is to die for. They made them extra wet, which I love the most. Pair those with a nice order of sticky rice and you have lunch. I tried the crispy duck dish this time for my entree ad it was delicious as well. It was so much food I had to take some home. My waitress was attentive and very nice. It was just an all around great experience. They now offer seafood and I will be back to give it a try and of course I'll let you all know how it went 😌

It’s one of our favorite Thai restaurant. Service is fast, ambience is good and food is authentic and tasty. It’s near to our apartment m, so been there multiple times whenever we crave for Thai cuisine. In our recent visit to the place, we ordered Pad-Thai noodles, Drunken noodles in main course and Golden Buddha in appetizer. Food was delicious and satisfying. We love this place.

The food was wonderful! The staff was really great! The spring rolls was really good! I can't remember the name of the main dish but it was very good also! I can't wait to go back to eat there again.

We have been to this place few times now but this is my first time giving a review. We loved the shrimp Tum Yum soup, mango chicken fried rice, and green chicken curry. But will never order Thai boat noodle and crispy basil duck again. They were salty and not good at all. This time my husband wanted the soup to come out as an appetizer and when we asked the waiter for a bowl of white rice (which was complimentary if you order the soup, by the way the soup is $18) he stated that because you wanted the soup as an appetizer then he wasn‘t going to bring you the rice unless you asked for it. What? I wasn’t happy at all. All these times we ordered the soup, it always came with the rice. Also the soup was 3/4 full. Just wished they gave you more for the price we were paying.

Didn’t get lunch photos due to food being to good! Ordered a Peanut Butter Chicken to go for dinner which is pictured. Excellent balance of sweet and savory. Lunch was outstanding while dining in. The Garlic Chicken and Mango Crab Rangoon will be hard to not order every time we go back. Roasted, shaved garlic on top of the chicken…not a girlfriend getter but man will you self love be bolstered! Great service, great food, even better tastes so, can’t go wrong with this one no matter the occasion.

You can not go wrong with this place. You haven't been here yet, make this your next eating destination. Pineapple and cashew Chicken level 3 heat, Peanut butter Chicken and Drunken Noodles with chicken in the middle pic.

Wow the food here was really delicious! The To yum soup probably had at least over 10 jumbo shrimp and tasted super yummy (spice level 3), drunken noodles were great tasting, and the clear noodle dish was amazing too ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

This is a great Thai place for date night or to hang out with friends. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are huge! My favorite item was the Boba tea. They make it like a milkshake and the flavors are on point! The meals were pretty tasty too. I was excited to see they had grilled squid as an appetizer. I ordered it, and I have to say the best quality squid I have had in Omaha. For the main course, I had the cashew chicken and my partner had the garlic chicken. Both were incredible! Heads up they will not replace the steam rice for fried rice even with a surcharge (this the 4 🌟). But they do have happy hour specials that make up for their lack of replacements. Overall if you are feeling Thai food, give this place a chance!

Mai Thai Omaha is the impression of Nebraska. Must eat if you are in town. 4.5 stars for presentation and 5 for taste. You can’t make this up.
