I had seen a review about Sam on here and can attest to how kind she is. She is honestly so sweet to me(mexican) and my puppy every-time we come through. Glad to see people still having amazing attitudes these days. The food also every-time is fresh and amazing.
Can’t rate the atmosphere because I didn’t go inside, Alyssa my cashier was awesome, great and efficient customer service. The food was hot and ready to go. I was going to go to Scubway but glad I came here instead, Texas Toast and an extra Cane’s sauce is the only way to go!
Overpriced in my opinion. Quality is decent but honestly I feel like I can get better chicken strips at a half dozen other places. That doesn't say much when that's their specialty.
Took a friend of mine here. His first time. Drew in Omaha Nebraska was absolutely the best! He was professional and polite. He helped my elderly friend with his order and was just an all around amazing person to have help us. Corporate needs to take note of this young man. He is 100% upper managemen
So what do you want? Chicken fingers? chicken strips? Chicken nuggets? Okay, they probably can't be called 'nuggets' but I'll say one thing, basic menu, just 'how many' strips do you want. You can always swap out that cup of slaw for an extra piece of toast, I use that option a lot myself.
WOW is all I can say about this Cane’s location. Exceptional service, the restaurant was clean, all the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Service like this is incredibly rare these days. Kudos to the staff and thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Immediately upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted with a smile. The gentleman who appeared to be in charge was cleaning tables and booths and took our finished trays and garbage. He checked on us and made us feel like we were truly at a 5 star restaurant.
The man behind the counter was exceptionally kind! The food was fresh and hot, and the tables were clean!

My son had a huge order for his birthday, everything was great. Although something needs to be figured out 'bout bulk order fries were limp under cooked or exposed to moisture, either way bulk order fries need serious help. The fries in bulk order sucked to be honest.

Every time we come in when the owner is here he puts a smile on all of our faces, all the crew are on their A+ game, when the owner isn’t around it’s not as great
