I just want to give a shout out to Megan at Chipotle on Dodge. She brought lunch to me and my daughter who is fighting Cancer at Children's Hospital today out of the kindness of her heart. Thank you for your amazing generosity and for praying over my sweet baby girl.

This Chipotle has been inconsistent with quality for a good year. Today was actually a five star day. Everything was fresh and prepared to perfection. I am giving a 4 star in hopes this will be their new normal. Will upgrade to 5 after a few more "greats"!
Good food, good service, but found it important to note you do have to get a receipt in order to use the bathroom. Which was an issue when we were not given a receipt and then it really busy right after. And when you have kids you can't always wait for the person to finish their order before getting a passcode to access the bathroom.

When I sat down, I was greeting by a warming smile from the manager in charge, Marshall. He asked me how the food was, and was very friendly to my friend and I. I left the place feeling uplifted and couldn’t wait to go back the next day!

Catered for a job lunch and the chicken was a little too done. But still tasted good.
Good people who work here I appreciate the friendly attitude and fast service. Only suggestion I have is to wipe down the area they make the burritos this way if something spills your not dragging other people's burritos into it. Got a little sour cream in mine and I hate sour cream. Still 5 stars just some constructive criticism 👍
UPDATE: Came back here alot since my last review and fantastic job guys it's clean and perfect literally the best chipotle in town now! Love it I'll drive out of the way just to eat here!
Stopped in for a quick dinner. The customer in line behind me asked about pricing on a few items before they ordered. The staff used the register to give her an exact total, and the customer was not happy with the answer. She started yelling about how expensive the items were, and eventually walked out the door without ordering. I was impressed with how calm the staff remained and how quickly the manager came from the back to talk directly with the customer. No one went to get him, he heard the woman’s raised voice and came to the front immediately. The service overall was quick, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious and worth the price. I hope that lady found a cheap quesadilla somewhere else and that her day get better.
This is by far the best Chipotle location in Omaha. Every employee who works here is kind, helpful and takes pride in their job. I am often taken aback by how sincerely nice they are! Food is always delicious and restaurant is clean as well.
Not too bad a place to eat. Better than a drive thru that's for sure.
Take is really good. A lot of flavor. A bit pricy on the guacamole so now I just bring an Avocado with me 😅
