Great place for a couple of hours of fun and games! My daughter has a food allergy and they were excellent! I really like that the manager brought her food and checked on us!! We will definitely come back!

Our family of 6 ranging from 40-11 had a blast here. I was a little iffy about taking my kids that was labeled as a bar kinda place for adults. But I was between taking them here and a few other places in the area to get out of the house for some fun. The reviews to this place out ranked all the others, and I saw other families there as well so I felt I made the right choice. This was our first time here and the lady at the very front was very nice in explaining our choices. We chose to sit at a table in the game area and think about what we wanted to do. Our waitress was over right away and greeted us and told us here name( I wish I could remember it because I would be singing her praise all over this page!) She answered any and all questions and was just as excited about our first time there as we were. Brought us drinks, we ordered food and she told us which drink and play combos would be best for us. We played most of the day and had so much fun!! The kids were smiling the whole time which for me was the best feeling in the world. I had no problem with the price I paid because it was all worth it! Thank you! And if I visit soon I hope to see our favorite waitress!
Food was incredible waiter was very kind and fast, 25$ play card is more then enough to last you throughout unless you gamble the points away attempting to get tickets. Food was incredible.
Expensive but so worth it! Awesome, fun place for adults and children. Games are out of this world.

My food and drink was very delicious and our waitress chelly was very honest and checking on us if we needed refrills. My friends would come back to visit. We would like for them to build a Dave and Busters here in Lincoln
We went during the afternoon so it wasn't so busy. Our waiter took a while to bring us some refills on our drinks and it took a while for a slushy to be made. The food was hot and fresh very delicious. My friend ordered dessert as well he was very pleased with it. The games were fun as well. We will definitely be back again. Actually can't wait for the one to be built in Lincoln!

First time being here, and it was pretty decent. We brought our family to play in the arcade (We had just gone out to eat across the street beforehand so we didn't eat or drink anything). Other than the extremely loud games, it was lots of fun. They had a special going, the night (Wednesday) we were there, so the games were half the normal credits. So. much. fun! We paid less than $30 and got about an hour and a half of enjoyment with our family of 6 (each person taking their own turns on 1 card). Not bad at all. We figured it was less than $5 a person. Some of the games were malfunctioning because some earlier players had messed them up. When I brought it to the attention of the game attendant Jose, he contacted Jake (or Jacob?), and he made it right and did it with a smile. Fabulous Customer Service! We had just left Chuck E Cheeses earlier in the evening with less than stellar feelings because of employee's lack of attention to game function. We felt that Jake/Jacob, Jose, and the other employees at D & B's appreciated that we were choosing to spend time in their establishment. That gave us a great first impression, and we are very likely to return again in the future.
We went here as a family today to celebrate Christmas together. We had a great time, and our service was amazing.
The only reason this went down to 4 stars was because the Men's restroom sinks were leaking water onto the floor anytime anyone used the ones that worked, and the photobooth looked like it would work for a group of people but in reality the camera was off center and zoomed in so after trying twice to get 5 of us in it we gave it.. still recorded a memory, just not the way we had hoped when stepping into the booth.
Otherwise, it was a great time our server was amazing, and the games were fun and memorable. Thank you
A lot of the games were out of order, which was disappointing. The food wasn't hot, more like room temp at best. Our waitress was very friendly but didn't come back to check on us after dropping off our food. We had to go find someone in order to get our bill. Then we had to get our bill fixed as there was food on it that we didn't order or get. Also, our drinks were supposed to be happy hour priced, and they showed on the bill as full price. Luckily, the gentlemen we spoke with was very nice and got that all corrected! We very much enjoy Dave and Busters and understand that sometimes it's just an off night. Our experience on this night won't prevent us from going back!
Man oh man, do they have a heap of stuff to do in here. The food was good, came out fast. Drinks stayed full. There are a pile of games in here, and from what I saw they were all in good working condition. Another place to come back.
It was my son's birthday and I was having a bad day. It was topped off with confusion on cards and charges. I was frustrated and the manager Josh came through and really made things right. Not only that he went above and beyond and gave my son some game play and VR game experience for my son and his 2 friends. I am humbly grateful to your management and team that really tried to make our day better. 10 out of 10 thank you so much!
Bathrooms were dirty. Food was good, and fresh. Service was mediocre. There were quite a few machines not working. I'd say at least 5, and I didn't look at all of them. We had an issue attempting to get a glass of water at the bar. The host sent us there, and both bartenders ignored us for close to ten minutes. Not even so much as a hello, and both stood directly in front of us more than once. People that showed up after us were acknowledged and helped before we were, so it had nothing to do with how busy they were. I had to ask another worker for help, who then flagged down a manager who apologized. Completely unacceptable, though. It was downright rude behavior from both bartenders, and for no good reason. We had done nothing to them.
Fantastic place for an adult night out. We went in a huge group (about 15 of us) and closed the place down. Most of us hadn't seen each other in months and this was a great setting to catch up, casually.
Strong mixed drinks, juicy burgers and good sized appetizers for sharing at the table. Plus all the games! Seriously, so many fun games to play- you won't get bored!
Check food deals before adding credits or recharging card. Got a snack and a comfy place to sit for a deal while the kids got ample credits to play. Prior to our visit, I downloaded the app and gathered random cards from the junk drawer and added them to see how many accumulated tickets we had. Also if you have multiple cards, they can combine them for you.
The food was so good, the fries were nice and hot, same as the Voodoo Pasta, it was really delicious. The service was great, the employees were extremely courteous. The atmosphere was the best part about it, the loud games, the dark room, but brightened by the games, it was everything that an arcade SHOULD be. TL;DR Amazing experience, amazing food, best atmosphere of an arcade I've seen.
We come for Karaoke on Tuesday nights! We love it because the staff Interacts with everyone creating a good environment for the people who come to sing and watch others sing. Sometimes even the staff will jump in for a song! Dave and Busters in Omaha has some singing talent! The Manager Jeff is awesome and encourages my daughter to sing. Very thankful to spend Tuesday nights here with our family. We wish Jeff could sing more! The food is pretty good too?
Had a great time playing games. The VR ride was great. We had an issue with one of the games working properly, it was repaired quickly.
First time experience. The games were fun to play. They have a good variety for everyone. A little expensive, but everything is expensive. I can't comment on the food. We only had a dessert to share, Big Daddy Chocolate cake. We ate at the bar, the service and dessert were good. Great experience, will return.
Our family loves coming to Dave & Busters for special occasions. The arcade is massive and there is plenty for everyone to do. The games they have are so huge. My favorite are the classic remakes like Galaga, Centipede, and Packman. My son likes to play Halo with me. The food is good as well. I had the chicken queso nachos! They are amazing and there was plenty to share! The facility is clean and is kept up well. There were plenty of employees to assist with anything that may arise. If your looking to celebrate or just need to unwind with some food and a drink…. Then this is a good place to do that! RECOMMENDED!
Awesome wait staff, very accommodating and great fun. 20 bucks of points lasted us a long time. . . Lots of high quality games.
Beware though, several games took money off my card more than once when I did the tap method to pay. I highly suggest always inserting the card.

We ordered Brussel Sprouts & Bacon. That was awesome. The boneless wings, I’d say keep the bone in, it would be best.
1st time here, the games are huge and entertaining for the kids or adults. I’d suggest get rid of the $3.00 fee to just get a gaming card, we already spend enough gaming as it is, that seems a bit over the top to us.
Think of a room full of arcade games that appeal to children and adults set in subdued lighting with colorfully lit games like slot machines in a casino and you have Dave and Busters. Throw in a bar and restaurant and a prize redemption center from points earned playing the arcade games and you have the complete picture. My son loved playing the games which was the purpose of our visit but it gets expensive...$43 to get three nice but dollar store value prizes. We do not drink so the bar was not a temptation. We were willing to try the food but were told there was a 45 minute wait for one of an abundance of empty tables. Must have had room but not enough cooks and servers. So I deducted one star for price and the dining disappointment.
Staff always so friendly. Feels like they have gotten better at cleanup. A few too many games ate my credits but the employees are so overworked I don't dare ask for credit back. Yet they still smile so 5 stars for a fun night from me. We only do 1/2 price day otherwise wouldn't be able to play much because it's overpriced, and even food deals late night...just won't accept my survey coupon on those days so that kinda stinks since it means I'll never get to use them :(
