I went through the drive through to order a drink, and the line was long. An employee came all the way outside to bring me my drink so that i did not have to wait in line. Great customer service, made my day
I have never honestly liked panera until my trip tonight. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Not sure of this employee’s name but she made my experience phenomenal. I love Panera Breads sandwiches and soups. However, on my last visit I ordered a BLT and I got a chicken sandwich instead. The receipt even said BLT.

Food was good! Cobb salad was very filling, colorful, and tasty. The baguette, delicious as well. The staff seemed nice but half the tables were filthy and despite it being right before the lunch rush, nobody made a pass through the lobby to clean any of them the entire hour I sat. My wife and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple of whole asiago focaccia tuna fish sandwiches with extra tomatoes and onions and boy do they deliver they were delicious
