My daughter ordered a kids meal and got the steak. She was almost in tears it was so spicy. I went back up to the window to order a different meat completely willing to pay for a different meat and the manager suggested and gave her pulled pork. She was over the moon and I was equally impressed he swapped it. Really don’t run into that kindness much anymore. Thank you to that employee and Chipotle for saving her meal! 🥰
Very polite and lovely guests. Makes you fall in love with Mexican food and Omaha in General. I actually went back again and believe me will visit one more than before I leave town. It's undergoing outside reconstruction but it does not affect the inside at all.
The food is always fresh. The dining area was clean. And I like that they have 3 different types of agua fresca as an option for drinks.
My mom has celiac disease (gluten and other allergies) and when she mentioned it all workers changed there gloves and they offered other changes. This i so helpful for people with this disease or other ones. They all should get raises.

With Omaha seeming to shut down so early these days, I pulled up at 8:40pm expecting to order quickly and run. Then I actually looked and they're (currently) listed as open until 11!! There was a line all the way to the door and I got through in less than 15 minutes, even with what I'm guessing were online orders coming in the whole time. I was most impressed with the person working the first station. Guy in front of me rattled off 2 burritos and a rice bowl, including rice, beans and protein for each, and she repeated it all right back to him without flinching. I got the rice bowl with steak and fixings, of course adding guac, because it's Chipotle and you get the guac when you go there. I also got it with both the pico and corn salsas. I did notice the communication of the team while I was waiting, letting the back line know when a certain item was getting low. And even with as busy as it was, everything seemed to flow smoothly!
Leaving the restaurant was easy this visit, though it's located in a plaza with one-way lanes and with the construction in the next plot, I'm wondering if the property owners shouldn't mark an exit space as the construction is fenced off into the lane. When I got home my food was delicious.
I love the fact the this is fast food and not terrible for you. I do not feel bad bringing my child here to grab something to eat. They also have organic milk and fruit choices for the kids!!

My online order was perfect. Whoever packed our meal did an excellent job. Please find out who did it and give them recognition... The order and attention to detail was immaculate, and because of this I will continue to order from this location. I’m extremely impressed with the service! I’m sure it isn’t easy getting details just right, but my order was done perfectly and they should be recognized for their effort! Definitely will come back to this location
Actually go inside and order yourself and eat there!! That is the best way to enjoy a burrito bowl! If you're not gluten-free and getting an Actual wrapped burrito, then ordering to go is good! I like to see how much and what they add to my bowls, I like hot stuff to be hot and cold to be cold....when it's to go it will all get hot, then barely warm when you eat it....just the way that type of food is! Customer Service is always good and very accommodating! And YES guacamole is Extra! 🤣 Get it!!!! 😋
Food was hot and fresh, steak literally came out as I walked in the door. Staff was polite and quickly getting things done.
The lady who helped me make my bowl was so kind and friendly, I felt super comfortable having a little bit of small talk with her! And the girl at the register was also very kind. Plus, food was so good. I don't get chipotle often enough, so when I do I go all out! So glad these gals were there to make my time in the store so good (: I went in on 8/25 somewhere between 230-330
Took out pizza a few times (they have big dine-in, too.) Busy place, friendly people. Spouse and son say Meat Delight is best pizza in town. My veggie pizza was very good, just not many kinds of veggies, and the mushrooms tasted canned. Nice thing is they make it FAST!
Been going here for years, one of the best Chipotle locations, hands down. The portion size is always good (unlike some places where you bowl is only half full at the end). They keep the line moving fast!
