Better ingredients. Better pizza. Papa John’s!
We ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas online through the app. Apparently, my clumsy fingers hit the wrong sauce for my pregnant wife’s pizza and when it arrived, quickly and hot she was disappointed. I called the store to reorder it, and they kindly remade it for free despite my insistence that I pay for it. THIS is excellent customer service and I will be patronizing this store as my go to pizza joint moving forward. Thank you!
Food arrived fairly quickly and it was very good IMO.
Much better experience than the Dominoes I kept ordering from down the street. I think papa John’s will be my new go to, since the dominoes in the area is just horrendous. Wings were better than I thought they would be. Cute little container that holds sauce nicely 👍
Keep it up and you all should crush the competition. Cuz no other place around here cares enough to try at all.
Not sure what all of the negative reviews are about. I ordered online through the app and arrived at the store for pickup. The pizza was ready 5 minutes early, which was awesome, and they purposely opened up my boxes to confirm I was satisfied with my order before I left. They seemed to be trying to have good customer service/promptness. I would be fine with ordering from here again!
I like the food. Cheaper (and better) pizza exists but Papa johns hits a price to quality range I'm happy with. Service is adequate. I wouldn't characterize it as friendly but from my experience they do go out of their way to see if your order qualifies for any promotions.
I like Papa Johns and this store. I order a few times a year and I plan on continuing to do so.
Manager was a nice guy - or at least, I'm pretty sure he was the manager.
Came in for some pizza for lunch, he seemed pretty professional and good at his job. Decided to get a 2 liter of soda while I was there, and he gave me a discount on it. Pizza was delicious. Overall, good experience.
I have only ever had one issue with this papa johns and I’ve been ordering from them for awhile. There was an issue about pizza being undercooked though and I did receive a refund and the manager was pretty nice and understanding about the whole situation.
Super fast delivery! Told me 40-50 minutes but was probably about 20-30 minutes! The food was still piping hot, cheese was all melted and stringy still, as if it just came out of the oven to my table. Only downfall was that I ordered square cut and it wasn't cut properly. So ehhh.. Still delicious though!!

They make wonderful pizzas, however, if they're busy, make sure to get them to repeat back your order; otherwise you may not get exactly what you asked for. However, they are more than willing to fix your order and make sure that you're satisfied. All around good work.

Delicious pizza. Staff was great when I showed up way too early too pick up my order. They saw me sat down and asked my name to make sure I was aware of the time I had to wait. Thanks guys. You were swamp busy but made sure to check on me.
Usually I order for pu, never had any accident or misunderstanding. Mostly employees are friendly, polite and respectful. Thank you!
