My family and I was in Omaha from out of town and visited this location. We dined in at lunch time for 6 and was welcomed inside. There was a line as usual and got through the line quickly. Great team to process our orders and got our food out to us. Food was hot and we enjoyed our food and time the
First time trying Chick-fil-A...I ordered half of the menu😂 I wasn't disappointed. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The manager, atleast I'm assuming he was, if not he should be, was very welcoming and genuine. Great experience all around.
The manager working while I was there was very helpful in assisting me with a reward I had on my app. I love their rewards program. All of the food is so tasty here and is so worth trying all of it!
Nuggets and sandwich spicy chicken were good as always. This chain is very consistent. Fries were underdone but not terrible. I still finished everything. Manager on duty was very attentive and friendly. That was super nice and very much appreciated.

Food was quick and fresh, service staff always very friendly and are there to help with whatever might be needed, whether a refill on drinks or just grabbing some napkins for the family. Also owner is super cool and very hands on and helpful making sure our dining experience was up to par.
Always good! The place is always super busy during normal meal times, but they have a ton of staff and it usually goes pretty smoothly. I eat here way more than I probably should.

This establishment is very clean. The staff was friendly and offered me great service. My breakfast was hot and fresh.
Food is normally delicious. Messed up the order almost completely this time. Completely forgot my kale salad and gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened. Both had been correct on my receipt. I was not waiting another 10 plus minutes in line.
It's our favorite one in town. Staff is always nice. Service is quick. A mistake was made once in our order and they quickly fixed it. (mistakes happen, admit and fix) Always clean.
