The pretzels here are amazing, quite possibly the best pretzels I've had anywhere.
The only issue I have with the place is if you order a large pretzel bites everybody that works there looks confused like they don't know what they're doing and like you just said something bad, and oftentimes you have to wait without them really communicating well to you what's going on. However as long as you order a regular sized pretzel bites then they seem to be able to handle things just fine.
Other than that it is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it!

The only place in the mall I don’t mind being
dragged to by my wife. Pretzels are always good and the workers and friendly.
