Brian at this location was beyond excellent for customer service. The service was great and the food. There are not many locations that allow you to take time to order.

I expect to much out of people who work fast food. I rarely leave satisfied, usually regretting the fact that I had fast food at all. I have never regretted getting food at the taco bell on 48th and L. This location is consistently excellent in every category. The staff is clean presentable well mannered and friendly, which is so rare at any fast food. It's really a breath of fresh air. The food comes out quickly, like fast food should. But what makes this taco bell the best fast food "restaurant" is the consistency and quality of the items you have purchased. Every time I get anything it looks like the picture on the menu, the tortillas are full, the taco shells are full, every bite tastes like it should. This location should be recognized in my opinion, give the staff a bonus or throw them a party, something for their hard work. I've lived in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Michigan, South Carolina, and of course Nebraska, and this is the best fast food experience I ever have had, and it's not even really close.
Service was fast and friendly, food was the best that I've had from Taco Bell for a long time. Happy to see that someone has turned this location around finally...
Pleasant gal working the counter. Taco Bell needs to keep nacho fries as a core menu item. 😋 Or so my granddaughter thinks! 😆
When did taco bell get so expensive? I could have picked up 6 large domino's pizzas for the price of these 2 bags of tacos and burritos.
Polite drive through attendant, easy ordering and almost no wait time at all.
Service was above and beyond expectations for a fast food place especially Taco Bell. Corrected my order without charging even though it was technically my fault and gave me free vouchers for next time which was totally unnecessary but definitely appreciated cashier was super nice on top of it all
Love their tacos and service is always friendly. Dining room is usually chilly like they are afraid to turn up the heat and it's always noisy
Although both Taco Bell’s in the area are frequently closed due to staffing shortages, i went through this Taco Bell this morning, after the other one was closed, and even with an incredibly long line, service was fast food was hot;)
I came to Taco Bell today Chloe was so amazing in drive through . She took my order and also repeated my order back to me to make sure everything was right . Her customer service is 💯 She deserves a raise 🤑

Love Taco Bell!! The food is great .. I had a Tostada with Bean .. I could eat these every day, and why not .. great taste and price. Also, the ingredients are healthy!! I also love the chicken power bowl .. once again great taste and a healthy alternative to most fast foods. Did, I say I love Taco Bell!! Great food, healthy and a great price with fast service and the staff are so friendly and helpful!!
