This location in particular is very good. One of the best. Always pumped up to serve their customers. Yesterday my order got delayed for few mins and they just added something more to compensate for it. Lot of options and combos to choose from. The place is clean. I would go here more often.
The food was the standard Taco Bell fare...with the exception of the Mexican Pizza. It was perfectly toasted, crispy and crunchy too. I will return to this location just for another one or two, along with some hungry friends. Thank you!
The usual TB atmosphere was shattered by a young man mopping the floors. He appeared to intentionally drag the chairs back and forth across the floor. The sound was very, very loud.
My only complaint is that the self serve kiosks seem to have made the staff a bit lazy when it comes to communicating with customers on orders. I actually prefer talking to people when I order food, normally. But at this specific location, it's sadly easier to use the kiosks 😅
Consistently good across the board. Be polite, get your food, and enjoy the convenience.
You can't have high expectations for a Taco Bell. I feel like there is always someone new working here. But the app works well, and they usually get any customizations correct. The food is tasty and can be cheap if you order the right things. The drive through is usually pretty fast.
This is a great Taco Bell. Great food. Staff was friendly and provided great service. It was a enjoyable experience!

my favorite taco bell in the omaha area. the staff are usually helpful depending on when you go. i’ve only experienced the lunch rush and sometimes it can become hectic. i recommend using the touch screens as you will get your food faster. also use the touch screens if you have a specific order/picky on toppings like me.
