Fresh, quality, fairly healthy food. The Fuji apple salad with chicken is one of the best salads anywhere. The half portion is an adequate size and the chicken is tasty. The dressing is very good and complements the salad. One plus of Panera is the easy modification if ordering through the kiosk. I substitute the Gorgonzola for fresh mozzarella at a slight up-charge and add spinach, olives, and cucumbers for free. The chicken and wild rice soup is also fantastic. It has a fresh, homemade taste. It is one of my favorite soups anywhere and I am generally not a cream based soup fan. The service can be poor to slow at times as the kiosks are not always operational and the promised food times are usually 5-10 minutes behind. The place is fairly clean and the staff putting out the orders is generally friendly and polite. This is one of the best and few healthy food options in Omaha.
I picked up a catering order from Jeremy and he was fantastic. Had everything ready, had me grab a coffee, and brought it out to my car. Nicest guy and a pleasure to chat with. 100% recommend!
The cinnamon crunch bagel is easily one of my favorites, cream cheese is extra but definitely worth the price. The sip club they have is also a very good deal, so I recommend giving that a try. Also being able to order ahead comes handy.
The food at this Panera location is always good. The issue lately has been that the drive-thru is extremely slow. I suspect this is because of personnel shortages by which much of the food and service industry have been affected. The people were very nice and polite.
I come through daily and usually everything is fantastic but today was a rough experience. The lady at the window rang in cookies instead of bagels and then couldn't find my sip club account after repeating it back to me exactly twice. I ended up having to come inside to get my order put in because she couldn't get it right. 7-15-23 8:50AM
The staff here is super chill! The food is ALWAYS fresh. Kitchen staff is always super nice! Love coming to Panera!
I can't believe you got rid of the large sourdough loaf. Now u have some tiny sourdough bread.

It was great to sit outside and enjoy an early lunch and read a little. The only thing that was missing was smart customers. On the door it states you must wear a mask when inside. So many people just walked in and ignored it. This is so sad. People just don't care. They will when they or someone they love is on a ventilator.😔
I love the roasted chicken fontega, and the oatmeal raisin and berries cookie I got for 1/2 price was 1 of the best oatmeal cookies I've ever tasted. Kudos to these restaurants for having such healthy, creative, and delicious menu options.
Location was clean and well stocked. Good food as usual.

My salad was fresh and colorful. Hubs enjoyed his veg soup and chicken sandwich. Server was sweet and fun. All good!
