Been at the hospital since 5:30 am. It's now 11:00 am and I need to eat. Carl's Jr. was the first place I saw so thats where I went. Food was good, I just wish it was made fresh.
This was the worst food I have ever had in my life. Carls use to good. Niw is disgusting. The food tasted like the way dog food smells. I threw away everything and 1 meal cost 14.70! Dont waste your money here.
Can't think of a better word then gross, stopped here because my husband wanted a burger, my son also got one both were subpart I got the chicken sandwich and it was disgusting stale hard bread, old patty, old browned lettuce and old soggy fries but I added pics so I'm not just trying to complain. Absolutely garbage wait of 35 mins in the drive trough. Staff had a 5 - 10 minute pause between taking orders from customers. And another 5 - 10 minutes waiting at the window for my food. Service was fair, but nothing was worth the wait time. Never coming to this location again.
I order a lettuce wrap and they give me buns. Then I go back to get it lettuce wrapped and they're rude a"f about correcting my order.
They give me my lettuce wrap with mountains of mayo and no cheese.

I love carls jr. But this specific spot just ain't it.
It's just the Carl's Jr at any location, same taste if the food, clean and organized, friendly staff. I love that they have diet dr. Pepper.
Friendly staff. Restroom could've used a little attention. All food except fries were fresh or they would've gotten 5 stars ⭐! All in all really good.
This location is always so slow. I've been a handful of times and I always have to wait way longer then I would expect. Food has been acceptable, just wish they could speed things up. 15-20mins in the drive thru is too much.
