1st experience eating at steak n shake. Had bacon cheeseburger. Great tasting burger. A bit heavy on mayonnaise. Could use better way to serve. The wrapping used was very messy. Over all enjoyed enough would go again. Milk shakes GREAT.

Hamburgers are always good. Wish the meat portions where larger. Double cheese burger patties combined are about the same size and as a single patty at other fast food restaurants. Maybe one day I will try to see if I can get away with ordering a quad burger with cheese!

There was no inside dining. The drive thru really needed some cleaning. They had outside dining but the picnic tables needed some major cleaning. Covid-19 was not the issue here.

Great and tasty as always! I had the number 9, which is the chicken fingers and fries. I upgraded to the Cajun fries ... those are awesome, and I added a large Hi-C punch, very good! The service is always great here, too ... very friendly staff. Thank you!

Love their shakes. And happy hour is back. It's from 2-5 Monday through Friday. Don't get the whip cream on your shake, it's nasty. And if you're thinking about just mixing it in, and you'll never notice. No. Then you won't be finishing your shake. That's exactly what I did

We called in an order around 9:45, the woman taking the order acted as if it were a chore to do so. She asked how long it would take for us to pick up, but upon arrival we had to wait for the food. This wouldn’t have been an issue had the food actually been warm...not to mention the fries were barely filled halfway.

I held a team meeting there yesterday, the service was awful. It took an hour for our food to arrive, and an hour and a half to get our drinks and my tea was spoiled... I absolutely love steak and shake, but yesterday was an awful steak and shake experience. The manager did end up giving us our meals and drinks for free after having several issues. I do appreciate that very much.

I had a terrible experience last night at steak and shake.It was my first time going heard great things about the establishment.Walk in we were seated at a table we waited 35 minutes for a waiter to take our order everyone ignored us.I seen 4 waiters just gossiping.I thought this was a place of business.I will never enter a steak and shake because of this experience.I will tell all my friends and family about this experience.

Well considering there was one drive thru person, one cook, n one waiter whom has waited on me numerous times, n they were having to close down bc cook needed to go to hospital ? I passed my waiter upon walking in on way to bathroom n said " you already know, but to go"..in which they were shutting down drive thru n numerous people before me waiting to place to go orders , I got my food, before most got theirs.... I wish I could remember his name, but dude has always took care of me m my friends after 2am.... Js

Ordered patty melt. Started to eat it and I noticed it was on plain white toast. Asked the waitress why it was not on rye bread. She said oh we are out

I took a client to eat dinner here and the service was horrible that night. Took us a while to get our drinks, the waitress wasn't very attentive, and my clients food was cold. Usually it's good service but not Tuesday night...

Food was good, but the service was lousy. After she brought our food, we never saw our waitress again. No refill on my coke and the catsup bottle was empty. We had to get another catsup bottle from another table.

Frisco melt wasn’t grilled it was soaked all the way through in oil! Worst sandwich I ever received in my life! Couldn’t even return it for a refund due to work! I wouldn’t go back if it was free!

horrible service -was told drive threw customers get priority over dining in guests for shakes even if the drive threw arrived after the others. -4 tables walked out including us and no one paid their bills-- called c/s number -manager did not even have the guts to call and be a manager
