Excellent southwest omelet with FRESH ingredients like avocado, shredded beef, and food that you expect from more upscale places. Pancakes were amazing also. Highly recommended!
It was good, waitress was very friendly and accommodating. It was very crowded and no social distancing. Had to wait 45 minutes for a table as they had a young teen sitting the guest. Once we asked the manager we were seated after 6 minutes.

Fruit looks to have mold on it. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes for to-go order because they were not managing their kitchen properly. People had to wait at least an hour just to sit in an empty dining room.
Only one bad experience ever since living in Jacksonville and eating at this location. Other then that, the service is great, my cup stays full of sweet tea lol and they have the best omelettes out if all the locations I have ate it in the surrounding areas.

Busy place does tell you something. Great food, standard fare for a pancake house. You do get plenty to eat and it has always been delicious. My family and I love IHOP.
