I got the wrong order delivered to me and I called it in , the young lady was very nice and had a great attitude and fix my problem immediately. I loved her . 15 minutes later after calling I get a knock on door it’s my food but it was cold . I didn’t complain because my kids was hungry but then 30 minutes later I get my redo order I was confused but it was nice and hot . And both delivery men were nice and sweet. Thank you for being so kind to do what ever it took to get a customer like me happy and will continue ordering . Thank you
They have GREAT customer service! I had my order delivered and it was wrong so when i called the manager Jo took care of me. He was so nice and did everything he could to make it right. He informed me he just took over and so far is doing a wonderful job! He gave me coupons and delivered the correct items to me personally. I will definitely will be ordering again and Jo is such a great and kind manager! Thank you so much for making the experience wonderful!
Excellent food and even more excellent service! I was well pleased with this location on Wells Road. The pan style pizza is my favorite at this Domino's.
Love their food. Hamburger pizza and taco pizza are good. Staff is friendly. Found out the $3.75 delivery charge does not go to the drivers who are bringing your food to your house. TIP YOUR DRIVERS.
