Found this place on Yelp and wow I'm glad I did. Took my wife for brunch and she's vegetarian. They had a few options but we created an avocado, egg, cheddar, and pesto breakfast sandwich. Holy moly was it amazing. It comes on waffle slices that were cooked perfectly. Their fresh OJ is the bomb and their natural cream soda was delicious. I highly recommend coming here and trying it out. I added a picture of our sandwich!
This place has, by far, the best waffle dessert ever... I am happy the owners opened their little restaurant only blocks from my condo in Orange and I am forever grateful. It was a huge surprise to find the Las Vegas location during a stay in the sin city! My lunch favorite is the chicken strips... thank you Bruxie! Now if we can get one opened in Seattle - I would be forever thankful. E
Marriage made in heaven- crispy moist breaded chicken sandwiched between fluffy warm waffles! Perfect for lunch or dinner or late night snack. Love this Orange foodie spot!
Excellent food. Great service and the staff is genuinely nice. I really like the outside seating with mist. If you like waffles this is a must!
Service was great, food was great. You guys are killing me with loud ass rap music though. That's my only complaint lol. The new awning is awesome as well.
I ordered the southern bbq chicken waffle sandwich, waffle fries with ranch, a strawberry lemonade and a creme brulee waffle for dessert. It was SO TASTY my son and I decided to go back the next night for the chicken tenders & a chocolate stuffed liege waffle with yummy crystallized sugar chunks.
Unfortunately I'm not local so no more chicken for me but it was great!

First time there! It was delicious! We had the fried chicken and waffle with lettuce tomatoes cheese and pickles. Something different to try but it's worth it!

Out door eatery only. It's not a large selection. Menu, however, is to perfection. Enough of different styles to choose from without feeling overwhelmed. Food was delicious. Coffee was tasteful
This ace was so delicious, nice and had great service. Me and my family went after the Harvest Crusade and tried this little place out.
I like a good waffle and I was hoping that Bruxie had some. They did NOT disappoint! Everything was great!

My mouth was already watering as I was walking toward the line. There was a worker talking to each group in line to give recommendations and take questions. I really enjoyed that because it was my first time.
Holy Chicken-- PERFECT waffle. (Well-- all the waffles were made to perfection) PERFECT amount of sweet, hint spice and the flavors mixed well. This came highly recommended-- and yes you want it.
Fresh strawberry milkshake was amazing. Just get it.
Loaded tots-- HUGE portion. Had to take some home for sure. Great for sharing.
Nutella & strawberry and added bananas waffle was the sweet we needed. Again, waffle made to perfection. Great amount of crunch and soft.

Also, if you have small children (1-2yr), ask for a side of grilled chicken. They offer it for free and are super welcoming of your kids and help you with the high chairs as needed.
This sweet little place is a couple blocks from where our son and daughter in law live. I came across it on a walk the day after Thanksgiving and as wife and I headed home we stopped.we both had their classic chicken and waffle sandwich and it was wonderful. Not at all what we expected. The waffle was a bit savory and the chicken crispy and lightly sweet and spicy. We can't wait to visit the kids again!
If you’re looking for unconventional hot chicken this is the spot. I got a waffle sandwich with the Nashville style hot chicken and it was delicious. The chicken was not too spicy but had a good amount of kick. It pairs great with honey. The fries were nice and crispy but not overdone. They did a good job of keeping the tables clean and had the space heaters on during a chilly afternoon which was a plus.
Was watching the channel 5 morning news and they were celebrating waffle day on Saturday. Well I did a survey and was hungry typed in waffles and they popped up. What 1.3 miles away yes I had to try them. Bruxie you didn't disappoint me at all! Ordered the original chicken sandwich combo and spent about 20 dollars and some change plus a tip. I didn't have a chance to eat it right away so it got cold. But when you can eat a cold chicken waffle sandwich and it's 🔥. Baby, I will be back without a doubt. Season perfectly and had a little crunch still on the end of the chicken. The waffle and coleslaw plus the honey sauce just make it so yummy 😋. Not too many places have good chicken and Waffles. They do a great job here with the fried boneless chicken breast. The additional seasonings they add are great too. I tried the original which is a their most popular and I can see why.
The waffle is a bit dry for my taste. I wish it were a bit fluffier and less crispy. This location only has a handful of parking spots and only one restroom. Only outdoor seating is available.
Our group had a kids waffle, kids nuggets, tenders, chicken/waffle and a chicken waffle sandwich - all were amazing! That Pure syrup was a knock out! The Strawberry lemonade is delicious. Those tenders are exactly that - SO tender and moist with a delicious crispy coating. Definitely hope someone opens a franchise in Northern Nevada!!
The food was amazing and tasted great. The chicken waffle sandwich was phenomenal and I thoroughly enjoyed it. They have a nice out door dining area and it was great to eat there. For about 25$ for the 2 dishes it was a great value for the portions and taste. Will definitely be coming back to this Bruxie location for when we want chicken and waffles!
We got the chicken and waffles and the holy chicken sandwich. Both were delicious! I loved the cute little bottle of syrup you get with the chicken and waffles. Definitely our new favorite chicken and waffles place!
Had the Bruxie burger and the Original Chicken and Waffle sammich. Split them in half so my friend and I could have a bit of each. Made them combos, probably shouldn't have. After eating the sammiches, we didn't have any more room in our bellies for fries or tots. Especially considering that the fries weren't the greatest. 🤷🏽♀️

Great place for some delicious food. I had driven by this place many times but never ate here. The food here is delicious and the portions are huge! Definitely come hungry. Seating is a but tight but nothing too bad. Staff here is very friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast sandwiches. The waffle bun is light and goes well with their flavor combos. Online order and pick up was super easy. Definitely recommend.
Cindy was the most helpful host, as this was me and my wife’s first time coming to Bruxie. She helped us make our selection and gave advice on how things would taste. Great food and even better service. We will definitely be returning. It sucks that we can’t buy everything on the menu. Most of the menu looked amazing.
Absolutely the BEST chicken and waffles I've ever had! They have a decent menu selection from sandwiches to salads. We had the waffle chicken sandwich in original and Nashville hot options. Both tasted great! The honey chili was perfect on the original. And portion size was just right. The outside dining area was nice and the staff really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!
I got a buttermilk fried chicken salad, a 4 piece chicken and fries and a pumpkin shake. The menu is neat and easy to read. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean neat eating area. Plenty of seating even though it is located across the street from Chapman University. I ordered around 12pm on a mon and waited about 15 minutes. The seating area is shaded so its a nice place to eat when the weather isn't great.
