Nice place with a friendly atmosphere. Food was pretty good and price. Only complaint was the wait time. I called in an order for pickup, was informed 20 to 30 minutes, which is fine. Showed up 30 minutes after I called in and was I formed it would be an additional 12 minutes. Ok, no worries. End wait time was right at the 1 hour mark from when I called the order in. Food is good and worth a bit of a wait. But would really appreciate a more accurate time as i tend to schedule things around the times I am given
Good food and very affordable spot in good part of town. I thought the service was a bit slow the first couple times here but that’s fine because everyone is always super nice. Food was always coke out freshly baked. Beautiful new oven
I went on a Monday evening with a party of 8. There was some type of presentation happening in the front main room. We had to be seated in the back room. The tables were not ready for new patrons. They sat us down and didn't bring us menus. After waiting, we walked up front for a menu. One person in our group asked for certain ingredients to be excluded from his order. The cashier confirmed the exclusions. The order arrived WITH the excluded ingredients. They corrected the error, but he had to wait again for his order. Usually, this place is great all around. I was slightly disappointed this time.
Drop in for a slice of pepperoni pizza, cuz I had the munchies and I'm telling you this was a good slice of pepperoni pizza I've never gone to Zitos pizza before but have passed by this place a bunch of times but now I'm gonna have to keep this on my list of good pizza joints the people really nice, place was clean and the price was reasonable oh yeah the slice of pizza was delicious, a very big slice, a very good value for the money, I'm gonna have to come back here again.

Great Popular Local Pizza Spot in this wonderful slice of OC, no pun intended.
Located in the middle corner of a strip mall setting next to TURNER'S OUTDOORSMAN sporting goods store.
They have a pretty Tasty and Decent Pizza BUT, I went with their Spaghetti & Meatball Plate and a drink🍝🍺. Comes with 2 Meatballs, Pasta, Sauce & 2 Pieces of Garlic Bread.
Once you walk inside, Order at the Front End Register, they give you a Number for your Table- if you're dining-in, and their younger friendly employees bring you your food.
They also come clean up the tables often.
TIP WELL, I know they split tips amongst all their workers from the Tip Jar at the Front Register so, I give the person bringing my food to my table extra.

Restrooms are Clean.
Plenty of Parking out front. More spaces out back.

Pizza is always great. I was disappointed with the salad. I was charged 8.00 for a bowl of lettuce that you can get at the market for 2.99. Very upsetting considering we drive from Hemet twice a month to meet with our kids and grandkids. I will continue to patronize but feel they should give me a refund for the terrible salad(s) I paid for (2).
Pizza was on point. Beers were ice cold. Unfortunately barstools we’re drenched in beer and the bar top was filthy. But the pizza though. Omg. Classic pepperoni is always the best pizza to judge by. Sadly our garlic knots were forgotten about. Took almost an hour and we were come with our pizza. If they were crack dipped in ranch I would’ve asked for a refund. But these are good even a day of heated up in the micro. Use to come here over 20 years ago. Not much has changed which was refreshing. Just gotta stay organized at the expo line. The kid that brought our pizza could’ve caught it. Luckily this place is worth all of the hassles listed. Try it. :-)
Mari (sorry if I butchered the spelling) is so friendly and helpful customer service is A+ definitely will check them out again just because of this haven't even taken a bite and the vibes are great.
Giving it 4 stars because it delivered on what's expected.
Is this fine dining? No. Is it a high end pizza place? No again.
It's Zito's. Decent pizza. Decent prices. The kids love it, and that's what matters.
Oh, this is just my advice: stop your 10 year old before he drinks his 15th High C. You'll thank me.

Came by to pick up my order and it turns out a mistake was made and they needed to remake my pizza. I don’t mind because it was an honest mistake and we’re all human.
They were super cool about it and remade it FAST, on top of also offering a discount.
They didn’t have to do that, but I really appreciated it. That’s beside the fact that the pizza was pretty great.
We no joke have been going to this particular location since I was 8yrs old, im 30 now and bring my own kids. Every Tuesday my whole extended family meets here and we eat pizza. The pizza is good, but really it's all about the garlic knots!
The food is always good and the pizza is always cheesy. I love it!
