This is a really nice place in the City of Orange, Ca.
Staff is friendly, sometimes you need to be patient because there is some crew members that are in training but is not a big deal.

The waffle cones are delicious and I believe they make them in house fresh daily.
@this location there's no place to have a seat to eat your ice cream, but there's a nice park next to the 55 by Collins Ave, on the other side of the bridge and the school

The ice cream is creamy and flavorful and made at the location. The price is amazing since you can get two scoops in a small waffle cone for about $5 and they don't skimp on the size of their scoops. You can sample any of the flavors and the flavors change regularly. I would recommend trying it out.
Excellent ice cream! They were out of Death by Chocolate, surprisingly. Missing that.
