Within this style of pizza, I would place this place above Pizza Press and Blaze. I definitely feel it's on a higher level. The ingredients tasted better, the hand tossed dough was truly delicious. A simple one topping pie is good on it's own, and I feel if it isn't, then adding a bunch of stuff on top won't truly make it any better. The soda there, pretty dang good! I've had wings here as well, one solid bite, and it was perfection fall of the bone. Fantastic place, nice atmosphere for family and friends.

My first time ordering from here. And im definitely a food critic and like good food. I will rate this place along side Luigi's pizza at Universal Studios. I odered the gluten free pizza with vegetables it was loaded and covered. Pizza was impressively thick as well.OMG their pizza is soo delicious i will definitely be going back. I also had a house salad it was a very generous size enough for 2 people. I highly recommend you wont be disappointed.

I would have to say that this place looks pretty modern and neat, the prices are at par with other competition. The taste of the pizza is above the competition and really love the freshness of the pizza.

We decided to eat here in this restaurant and we ordered some pizza and pasta and all of us were greatly satisfied with the taste. The orders that we made are handled very fast, and the servers are very polite during attending to our request. This restaurant deserves a five-star rate for the impressive service and for the good food that they provided. THANKS!

Pizza Project delivers the best tasting pizzas in town. Their creations capture the feel of home style cooking with a zing of quality taste found in high end restaurants. It caters to the most carnivorous appetites with their meat lovers selection, and satisfies the more health conscious with their freshly crafted veggie pies. All of this while being served by amiable cooks and cashiers at an affordable price. My favorite dish is the Smoky BBQ Chicken Pizza. The meat is juicy, the BBQ sauce is sweet, but not TOO sweet, and the rest of the other toppings are fresh. The ingredients blend well together, like a symphony of sounds complimenting one another. Each bite felt like the first, and needless to say I've enjoyed every one of it. Overall, my personal dining experience excelled that of most food joints. My only gripe is the location of the drink dispensers. I was a little lost trying to figure out where they were until one of the workers pointed out the location. A minuscule problem that takes little away from what mattered most....the PIZZA. True to their motto, I got it the way I wanted it...and a little bit more! :) Food Quality: Exceptionally Delicious Customer Service: Smiles All Around Cleanliness: Nice and Tidy Price: Very Fair

First time there. Great prices. I mean talk about getting your pizza for less than the common fast food joint. The pizza was delicious. The bread sticks were just a little too dense to really enjoy. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Probably will be back

Good pizza most of the time, but when they get slammed on their Tuesday night special, things start to slip. Undercooked throughout, but burnt on the outside. As long as you know that going in, you'll be fine.

Unlimited toppings/fixings for pizza and salads. Thin or thick crust, several sizes. Choice of sauces and cheezes. Artisan fountain or bottled drinks. Wings and desserts. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No loyalty program yet. Line can be long, but fast service once you order. $5 pizzas on Tuesdays. Great tastes on pizzas and salads.

Amazing pizza! Comparison to other fast custom pizzeria this place gives you the option to have it thicker/Handtossed. There is something about the dough that gives it a better taste in your mouth. Good Service as well. It deserves a 5 star rating from me 

Love their brick fired pizza. I get the hand tossed. Easy on the cheese, red sauce and Pesto sauce. Pepperoni, sausage, sun dried tomatoes, with minced garlic sprinkled on top. Tuesday night you can get a pizza and a drink under $10.

Best pizza in OC hands down. Love the fresh ingredients and the different option of toppings. I've been here multiple of times and have tried different sauces and toppings. They've all came out perfect. Hand tossed is great but thin crust is my personal favorite. It's very nice and crunchy but still have some pillowyness of the dough and its not like crackers like some other places. Definitely try your pizza with the roasted garlic. It is AMAZING! I also want to mention that their customer service is great. I love the bell that they added and hear everyone's response. Fun bunch!
