This place is super rad! Right in Old Town Orange by the train station! Ruby's on one side and the Streamliner Lounge on the other with a different and even more excellent food and cocktail menu and the bartender Brian and server Julie are amazing and provide great service. Definitely check it out and support local business and great people! I recommend the Orange Blossom cocktail (I could have had 5 of those they were soo delicious) and the Lettuce Wraps were soo good and the happy hour just made it that much better. Location, service, and menu make this a place you'll easily become a "regular" at. They will make you feel special every time you come in and they even remember your fave drink/food/modifiers. Dang now I'm hungry!

We love The Streamliner Lounge. We have been coming here since day one and it keeps getting better and better. The Lounge menu is excellent as is the Ruby's menu. Really friendly service and beautiful decorating. The managers, servers and bar tenders treat us like family. There are some really good bands and talented musicians on Fridays and Saturdays. We particularly love Alder Eagle........but that IS my band !! Our Christmas Show was a blast last night. Our friends really love this venue too! Thanks Brian, Rebecca, Bethany, and all the staff! Merry Christmas!

Just discovered this very cool little place when one of our favorite local entertainers invited us to her gig there. Who knew the Ruby's Diner at the old Orange Train Station was hiding this treasure! Small room but with ample, very comfy train themed seating, delicious food, quality drinks, and friendly great service, all at a very good value. And the cute little train cruising quietly overhead through our Southern California landmarks was the cherry on top. We'll definitely be back and recommend all our local music buddies to check it out!

If you are looking for a spot that offers top notch service, food and drinks The Streamliner is a must! The atmosphere provides an awesome vintage feel and is a place you can go for a quick bite to eat or a long chat with friends over drinks. Stop in and visit Julie! She'll make sure you are completely taken care of. Make sure you order yourself one of their delicious cocktails and tempting appetizers. 5 stars all around!

My go to place for food and drinks if you're in the circle. Top notch service and very subtle atmosphere if you're looking for a place to just hang out with friends with out all the loud noise at most bars in the circle.

Waiting for the Metrolink in the blazing sun? Why? A simple mixed drink was $7, and you get to enjoy the air conditioning. Great little bar, good drink.

Good food, a la Rubys. The Bar manager is the BEST. Good wait staff and drinks are generous and not overly priced. Music and or karaoke on occassion that is very fun. Family friendly and the kids enjoy it without being too rambunctious. Adults can still enjoy the bar/restaurant atmosphere.

My home away from home! This is Cheers in Orange, great sense of friendship, community and fun! Reminded of a quote "There are no strangers here, only friends we have yet to meet" Fridays are always a blast. Great drinks, food and live entertainment. Highly recommended!

We are in the area and we came here on Friday night. They had a band playing. I had the ribeye steak dinner. I had mushrooms and onions on the bottom of the steak. The steak was made perfectly. We had clam chowder soup with a basket of tater tot’s. The soup was really thick and delicious. We really enjoyed this restaurant. It’s like a train station on the inside you can take the Metrolink as it stops right outside very convenient, I recommend this place.

This place is very cool, I have eaten here for breakfast and had an after party here with colleagues. The bar tender is one of the nicest bartenders I have ever met. Friendly, patient, when face with a tipsy crowd and he when above and beyond to get a cake we asked for, which wasn’t even on the menu. Definitely go here, you won’t be disappointed, the decor, the people and the service are amazing. Rob recommends: Taking a beer or two here whist enjoying the atmosphere and the decor.

We were introduced to this place by my Daughter. We came here for Breakfast before going to the Street Fair and been coming back almost every weekend since. Great food at a great price. Servings are fairly large at everything we have tried was very good. Service is excellent. Try to get a seat at the Bar. Victor the Bartender is outstanding. He is so friendly and makes great cocktails. Highly Recommended!

What a treasure! Our family enjoyed an excellent meal tonight in this historic & charming setting, with huge portions, excellent food & quick service. The salad was flavorful & fresh, the sandwiches delicious & the desserts that passed by our table gorgeous. Our server, Shelley, was warm, charming & attentive & even channeled the retro ambiance. We enjoyed the restaurant when it was part of the Ruby’s chain, & even held a private party there a few years ago, but everything is now kicked up a big notch. We love the restaurants in the Orange circle, but do yourself a favor & go the short distance to the Streamliner for a tremendous experience!

Staff is excellent, including bartender/servers Bethany and Robert. Top-notch local and touring musical talent most Friday and Saturday nights. Food isn't what I want (which is the old menu from when this place was the Ruby's Diner) but it's great. Love the ambience and history here. A fave for sure.

Hidden gem in Orange /OTO. Great staff and the food is a great value, not overpriced. The burgers and melts are delicious. The surprise? Salmon is out of this world good!! Some of the special nights are Margarita Monday Tito Tuesday. When in town be sure to make this off the beaten path a must go to stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner or To-Go takeout. Try their nachos too!!

Food was fine. I haven't tried anything here except for breakfast. Tried the chicken and waffles. was not a fan of the Chicken. I was hoping it was more like breast or fillet rather than strips. Waffles were good, and they don't skimp on giving syrup or butter. Wouldn't mind giving lunch a try.

Avoid the crowds around the Orange Plaza restaurants and try the Streamline a few blocks west at the train station. This is a nice place and never crowded. Great service and reasonable prices, we go during happy hour.

I was here with a group. Service was outstanding. Very quick. Salad was good but not remarkable. Atmosphere is cute, decorated in old train station decor.
