#MamaChus is a wonderful Mexican restaurant located at the mouth of Provo canyon. It’s very popular so getting there at non peak times is advised, if you don’t want to wait. We often go for early lunch about 1130. They offer great service, with speedy delivery of food. Some of the dishes we’ve trie
Great pitstop before heading up the canyon. The food was pretty good. I was a little let down by the horchata, not quite as cinnamon flavored as I'd like, but still worth it. I got the giant tostada and it was delicious and giant.
Quick service, incredibly friendly staff, convenient location. Food is pretty consistent. Good quality but nothing fancy. I like the chile rellenos.
Best Mexican restaurant! I loved stopping here after getting done with skiing almost every day about 3 years ago. Visiting again and they were accommodating to our 2 dogs bringing them water bowls and setting up a table outside in the shade. I’m glad I made the stop and have a renewed love for the p
Shared a fajita plate. It was super delicious and filling! Their chips and salsa was super good too. We will come back, and have been there many times. Highly recommend it over mi ranchito because they rarely have a wait.
Delicious food! Lots of options and authentic foods. The service was fast and everyone was so kind and pleasant. There wasn't a wait when I went and we were seated right away. The chips and salsa while I waited for my food was also amazing. The restaurant was clean and cute.
Delicious 😋 I absolutely loved the salsa! Be aware it's not for the faint hearted! It may look all innocent but it has a kick, and I love spicy food. We had the Carne asada burrito 🌯 and it tasted like they make their own tortillas 👏
I’ve been going to Mama Chus for years. Great food, great service and, great prices. The lunch specials are a good choice. The fajitas are always a winner. I highly recommend saving room for the fried ice cream!
Mama Chus is the place you want to go for some good Mexican Food. You will find quite a diverse crowd here, from blue collar folks, politicians, lawyers, and most importantly, folks with Hispanic decent. All of these people know that this place is where you get authentic food. There are other places
Overall, it was a great experience! Staff were wonderful, kind, and quick to assign us a place to sit, however I will say the food was less flavorful then in the past...now I recognize that it might have just been that night but regardless it was great and highly recommend!
This place has pros and cons. The service is friendly and quick, the food came out fast, and it’s a great price no matter what you order. The food itself though wasn’t great. It was fine but I didn’t particularly enjoy any of it. It wasn’t bad though. They also don’t have any music playing and the a
I adore Mama Chus. The staff is always friendly, the orders are prepared quickly, and the food is excellent. I love the #5, #34, and the bean and cheese burrito the best. Sometimes parking can be a pain, but that's because it's well-loved.
I feel like the price for the food here was pretty good for the value. I ended up getting a chicken quesadilla to take home to my wife and that was by far the best thing. I would go back just for that quesadilla! The chips for the chips and salsa weren’t my favorite but it’s always nice when a Mexic
The BEST!!!! Definitely coming back soon. They can get busy so come early if possible. Super delicious food. Great prices!! Great people to do business with!!!!
The food was delicious, staff was amazing! Prices were ok. The place looked a little dated, but don't judge a book by it's cover.
Mama Chus is consistent, has insanely fast service, and the nicest staff around. I go 3-4 times a month and it's always a great experience. Even when it is packed the staff gets you sat quickly. Highly recommend.
