Food was seriously excellent. We enjoyed everything we tried. The charbroiled chicken was particularly delicious! Cashier was helpful and pleasant. Dining area was relaxed and not too noisy. Food was delivered in a timely fashion and was piping hot. We were also very impressed with the reasonable prices. Overall, this place is an incredible value. Only thing I wish was different: the payment didn't ever give me chance to leave a gratuity. I really wanted to tip the staff, but since I rarely carry cash, I was unable.

The food was absolutely phenomenal and came out pretty quick! Everything was so fresh and the flavors complimented each other perfectly. The restaurant it self was extremely clean and definitely kid friendly. Lots of cool cultural artwork which fit the Peruvian vibe. The prices are a little high but definitely worth the quality of food you’ll be eating.

High quality ingredients and masterful preparation, as well as a nice presentation. Service can benefit from either using a microphone/ display to announce/ post whose dish is ready to be picked up at the counter, or simply bringing it to the table. The current system is inefficient. It takes long to read through all dishes with their descriptions if you've never been there, so prepare by looking up the menu beforehand. I liked the wood tables - they give a warm vibe to the place. It is very clean and pleasant inside.

OH my OH MY! So yummy! I got the AJI De Gallina and it was fantastic. The portion was huge and I needed to take half of it home. I had two full meals from one of their portions. The sauce was very rich. The restaurant was clean and the people that work are so sweet. My husband got their Pollo a la Brasa. He ate it so fast I didn't even get a picture. I tasted it and it was moist and delicious. We got a side of sweet potato fries and you can see from the size, it could have been a side for 3-4 people!

If I’d just gotten the chicken it would have been a far better experience. 10/10 recommend the chicken. I’d pass on the salad- the chicken on the salad is subpar at best and when compared to the other chicken it’s heartbreaking. I did like the dressing for the salad though. The sweet potato fries were good (needed salt), but wasn’t a fan of the plantains, although my husband really liked them. Service was a little interesting and they stash napkins and everything behind the counter - which was pretty inconvenient. In the future we’re gonna get the chicken to go- cuz that chicken is the best I can remember ever having in at a restaurant.

Excellent food! We went for a family night out and we were not disappointed. They have a lot of delicious meal selections like lomo saltado ( steak with sautéed veggies over fries) and chicken & rice with fantastic seasoning, and I also really appreciate that they have delicious vegan options (black beans with avocado and quinoa with fried plantains).

Great atmosphere and really good food. The staff is friendly and warm. The dining area and restrooms are clean. They have Inca Kola in glass bottles, which is cool. I just wish they had a larger variety of Peruvian food on the menu-it’s a small menu. Don’t get me wrong, the food is wonderful, I would just like more options.

I had ordered lomo saltado once before to go and it was awful. It did not taste fresh. However, I thought I’d give Red Fuego another chance and dine in. The lomo saltado was amazing fresh! I also got their fried rice with chicken and alfajores! Everything was delicious! The restaurant space was also very spacious and clean! Very enjoyable time! Fia helped take my order and give me recommendations!

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants after eating for the first time today. I will be returning here way too much. I've been to 7 different rotisseries around the world including northern Chile, Mexico, and the U.S. and this is the best I've had to date. The yuca and platanos (fried plantain) are a must try. The rotisserie chicken is definitely their fame. Succulent and packed with flavor. The outside is caramelized and succulent . Don't forget to get the green sauce, it's delicious on everything. The menu is simple and basic. There's not a lot of staff so be patient, but it's well worth the wait. Please support them now while they're new so they will stick around!

I've only been here once so far but I shall return no doubt. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with sweet potato fries and the avocado slices. It tasted amazing and they had some green mystery sauce that was also incredible. From the outside I expected a whole in the wall joint but it was actually pretty classy and modern on the inside. Great food and service. You won't regret going here.

The food at this restaurant is truly delightful, with the chicken cooked to absolute perfection. The quinoa and bean side dishes are flavorful and tasty, although they could benefit from a touch less salt. While the service can be a bit leisurely, it's worth considering when planning your visit. Just be prepared for a possible wait for your order, but rest assured, the delicious food will make it worthwhile.

Authentic Peruvian rotisserie chicken. This place is awesome. Great service, the guy at the register was super helpful. The chicken was tender and had a slight smokey flavor to it which was unique and incredible. The dipping sauce was awesome. I'll be back, maybe even tomorrow!

Superb Peruvian food.Great chicken rotisserie , as good as Viva Chicken in St George and I consider that one the best in Utah , so you can guess how good this one is.The Limo Saltado is another great dish but I cant praise enough their chicken.Plenty of sides to choose also , Yuca , plátano frito , sweet potato fries , quinoa , salad , rice etc as well as fresh traditional , homemade Peruvian drinks like Chicha Morada. Even their sauces are good , like the rocoto and aji. They don't have Ceviches , which I understand. Is a nice place , great ambiance but not many tables , mind that. Also located on an area with plenty of parking around. Priced are right , according to the quality of their food. Totally recommended and I'll definitely go back.

One of my favorite Peruvian Places. My go to is Lomos Saltados, light onion, double meat, extra green sauce. Everything else on the menu is great too but this is a favorite!

The chicken is great, and definitely worth the price. I have yet to try anything on the menu but the chicken, but I'd recommend it
