I go to this Wendy’s a lot. I always ask them how fresh their classic chicken sandwich is and if it’s not very fresh they always offer to make a fresh batch. Their customer service is top notch. I will always come back to this Wendy’s.

I love Wendy's. Wendy's fries are some of my favorite from fast food places. My typical order consists of spicy nuggets, fries, and a jr frosty. The restaurant located at 1444 S State St in Orem does not have the best customer service. I was reprimanded for not ordering my Jr frosty at the speaker when they didn't give me a chance to finish ordering. I was just told to pull forward, so I thought it would be okay to ask for it at the window since I would be using my tag to get it. The location I really like going to is located at 215 W Center St (also in Orem, outside of Target). Anyway, this won't stop me from getting some yummy food!

It really depends on which Wendy’s you go to in order to get the best service and quality. But overall this is one of the best cheap-fast foods in America. Get the 4 for 4 and download the app so you get free deals.

Fantastic team and they were super friendly. Food was great, came out nice and hot as well. Thank you! We actually left a Wendy's north of this one because we waited forever for nobody to take our order.... someone even told us in the parking lot that they waited for 30 mins for their food and ended up throwing it away because it tasted horrible.

This is by far the best Wendys I’ve been to. Their staff is so helpful. One time I came in with my children and since it wasn’t busy, the worker helped me carry my tray to my table, made sure I had the utensils and condiments we needed, and was so kind. She has been consistently attentive to these small details when I have visited.

We love getting the four for four is here from the drive-through when we are in a pinch or on a road trip. At this location in particular they never forget anything in our order including napkins. Their drive-through runs extremely fast and efficient and the work is always nice.

Really I ordered two bake potatoes with no chives and I got chives. I ordered a jr. Bacon cheese burger. And got a bun with cheese and bacon. No burger.. it's fast food how hard is it?

I pulled up at 11:57pm with a car in front of me ordering. The car finished ordering, I pull up and they tell me to leave because it's now midnight and they are closed. If Wendy's really cared about their customers, they would have helped this hungry guy. Wendy's has just lost my business tonight, they've lost it for good.
