So good. Best "street" tacos in all of Utah County. My husband and I have been here three times since they have opened and everything we've had has been so good. Best tres leches around. Comfortable environment and friendly staff.
Food is amazing! I got so full i still made room for dessert and that was amazing too!

Literally just finished my meal and I had to hop on here and tell you guys about it. I had mojarra…I’m sorry I don’t remember the name. I had an amazing grilled tilapia with an amazing red sauce. I even got to try a little of my mom’s napalis.
When I took a bite of my fish my eyes literally swelled with tears. And every bite was like that. Every. Single. Bite. I’m not kidding I think I need to buy them all Christmas gifts this year.
The fish tasted fresh and not even slightly muddy. It was crisp on the outside and bursting with juicy buttery flesh in the inside. I didn’t eat most of my beans and rice (which were also AMAZING) because I wanted to eat alllllll of my fish. I wish I had asked for a little bit of the sauce to go because it’s the perfect amount of spicy and refreshing. Everyone who works there is very kind and the owner went table to table to talk to everyone. The inside of the restaurant was nice and warm and the music was relaxing but still gave me a little bit of a sway. The paintings on the wall all were so gorgeous and it just added to the joyful experience. I’ve literally never had better Mexican food in my life and I’m from California! (Which as it turns out was far from authentic.)

I love everything about this place! The decor and music transported me to a place I am homesick for.
The steak and seafood are top notch. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly grilled.
I was also surprised by freshly grilled nopales that were cooked perfectly!
The staff are incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome.
It was a real treat to have such a fine meal. I also feel like I made new friends.
Some of the most delicious authentic Mexican I’ve had. We came because an nearby Mexican restaurant had a long wait and this place could seat us right away. Awesome guac and chips to start and everything grilled was off the charts. Two of us shared the Molacates with grilled meats, chorizo, shrimp, jalapeños and cactus. It was fantastic. Myra took great care of us. We’ll definitely be back.
If you wanna try real Mexican food this is the place! All the food is freshly done and it's delicious 😋 the service is excellent and the place is beautiful

Great food and great experience! You can tell this is family run. They are super friendly and genuinely want you to enjoy your meal. We've been twice and both visits have been great.
This was my 2nd time coming here. The first time was back when they 1st opened. It's a beautiful restaurant. They don't speak English but are kind. We had 2 people come to the table to help us with the order. The food is soooo good!!! Mine was cold though. 😕 But so delicious that I cleaned the plate. The waitress only came to check on us once, right after she served us. I had to go ask for the checks. I told her we wanted to pay at the table so she brought our checks to the table but she never came to retrieve them. We had to go back up to the window. I still highly recommend it. The food truly is phenomenal!
This is my favorite place!! They have the BEST pozole 🫶🏻😍😮💨 i always come here for it and every time it reminds me of my childhood and it’s just soooo delicious and the meat is always cooked to perfection! I highly recommend this restaurant you won’t be disappointed 👌🏻👌🏻 thank you to the owners and staff for all your hard work and delicious food. 🫶🏻
Amazing food! I recommend the enchiladas or sopes de carne. I wish they did table service instead of ordering at a window within the restaurant. Still worth it though
The recent reviews that were left are very clear to me that people will do anything to try and get anything for free. I was at the table next door to them and from the very start they had something to complain about to the nice waitress. The food is always served very fresh, my family and I are long time consumers of Villa Del Sol who not only serves amazing food but cares about the quality of each plate that comes out! It’s unfortunate that people need to put out a wrongful narrative because they couldn’t get their way.
I came in after a night shift, and a gym session. Very hungry and craving some tacos.
I ordered the Sopes plate. I was able to choose my order of three different Sope combinations of beans, meat and rajas (Sliced peppers). Even as far as request one with a layer of beans, extra cheese, and managed to add steak. The plate came with beans and rice on the side, as well as having the Sopes hand made, they had cabbage, rabanos and sour cream on them. I had already tried a few slices from the Salsa bar, highly recommend.
Lift the metal that protect the sauces from flies and keeps them fresh, so don't forget to try all of them and see what you would like to drizzle over your food. Careful, some are spicy.
This is NOT a fast food joint. Go to deltaco for that. The food here was clearly made fresh and took a good amount of time. Take the time to try the sauces, and fix up some lime and cilantro if desired. The wait is well worth.
We eat here weekly and we found this place to be consistently excellent authentic Mexican food. I hope you find this restaurant as enjoyable as I do.
When i moved to Utah in 2020, my friends recommended a lot of “Mexican Restaurants” and boy was I disappointed. One of my friends brought me here and I can say this is the BEST REAL Mexican food in Utah county, with tastes similar to my mom’s cooking. Don’t forget the Pineapple empanadas.
Most authentic Mexican dinner I have had in Utah county! Delish food and hand made tortillas. Service was lovely.
Got me the smothered burrito and it was bomb! I also had the agua de piña. I need to try more of their food.
