To say the least went to have a quick dinner and our order was messed up and not worth it. I usually have a great experience at this location but I ordered 3 crisp meat and 3 crisp chicken to get 3 crisp bean burritos that were cold in the middle and no sauces not worth the 32.00 I spent this time around. The food at this location has always been good. The service has been great. The issue is online ordering. The store hasn't received an order the past few times. I've received the email and been charged properly; but waiting for the food after the pickup time (due to not receiving the order) defeats the purpose of online ordering. Other than that it's still good.

This is our favorite Taco Time, not only because it is close and convenient but because the food quality is always excellent and the staff is always very attentive and friendly. The food is always made fresh and is delicious, and they always give us plenty of sauce packets. We eat here almost every week because we love it so much.

This is my favorite taco joint! It's one of the last Taco Times in the area, but they generally have the best staff I've seen at a fast food place in Orem. I love the fact they fill their tacos and give you your money's worth compared to other places *cough* Taco Bell *cough, cough*. They're also willing to work with you if something goes wrong, we're all human after all. Great place and great food! Highly recommend!

Rating this as a fast food taco restaurant. Our family did a blind taco taste test (4 comparables), taco time came out on top. Best seasoning, salsa, good portion/ratios, and shell held up the best. Always been a favorite - selections like the rolled crisp meat burrito, mexi fries, and Casita burrito.

Me, my daughter and my granddaughter decided to stop by for a quick bite one night about a month ago and I can't tell you how dang nice the guy was at the register. Lately it's really hard to find someone who smiles, let alone welcomes you in, thanks you for your business and gives you a free drink. That never happens! I wish I'd caught this guys name b/c he was so friendly and it was just really refreshing and caught me off guard. Me and my daughter both talked about it afterwards and I meant to give a review right away. TBH..I kinda feel like Taco Time has been going down hill and I'd started to lose faith, but this guy restored it. He was a slightly older guy (and by that I mean just older than the young kids usually working fast food)..he was probably close to 30 and had dark hair..probably 6ft and just gave great service. I really appreciate that and I'll definitely be back to the Orem location. Food was pretty good, I feel Taco Time used to be way better than they are now; definitely fresher and not stingy with toppings. I'm not sure what happened to them over the last 4-5 years or so, but no matter.. I'd still choose them over Taco Bell any day!

We ate here for lunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was not busy, and we were welcomed right away by two different employees at the counter. They then cheerfully took our order. We got the nachos, crip meat burritos, and a blueberry empanada. The food was all cooked fresh, and it tasted delicious! The tables were clean. We would definitely go back to this establishment.

Much better food then all the others of its kind. But the prices are much higher. I really like this place. But like every where else its getting to expensive to eat out at anymore. I spend $70+ just for myself, wife and 3 kids.

We got off the lake and we were hungry. The workers were extra kind and happy. They helped us with a fun and positive attitude. It was refreshing and made our night. We went back to pick up something we didnât have and they gave us extra food. Highly recommend 5 out of 5! Food was great and service was amazing. Thank you

Yes, we finally found a TacoTime on our Santa Fe trip, though we had to drive to Utah to find one :-)! Very popular little spot, and I was craving those crunchy burritos, so it all worked out. Weâve had a problem with the burritos, not coming out crispy and crunchy like we like them lately, so itâs nice to find a place that did it right. And yes, they had a taco cheeseburger option.
