This is not my normal Panera experience

This Panera location is extremely disappointing. I've only been here a handful of times, but each time I order the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. The first time it was sloppy and I wasn't given the full order I paid for. I thought I'd give it another try, but received a pile of what is suppose
Soup there is better than anywhere. I like the verity and hot hot hot which is what I get here ,salads are amazing.
This is their grilled cheese - THIS is their grilled cheese! What an embarrassment, it’s tiny - the size of my index finger and is worth two bites. A waste of money..it was my fault for being curious. Nobody should really be buying a grilled cheese from anywhere, it’s best made at home. Talk about a
