Wait staff is awesome and the Bob show excellent!!!
We were there with friends who have never see Bob Jackson. They throughly enjoyed the show as did my husband and I. Bob was fantastic and food was great.
First time seeing Yehaa Bob. He is awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed his show!
Going to see Bob is becoming a tradition for our Anniversary. It was great sharing in his fun and songs last evening for our 10th wedding Anniversary. Thank you to our great friends Crystal Boston for taking us there last year. We returned again this year for all the fun. And a Pizza!

We have seen Bob perform atleast half a dozen times or more. Yehaa Bob is always on our list of "must do!" Just good, family oriented fun...a touch of corny, but I'd bet that everyone who attends knows atleast two or more of the songs in his act. Thanks to a good friend of ours who invited us to see his act, our trips wouldn't be complete if we didn't stop in to see him.
Nice small bar that is open to the rest of the hotel lobby. Kid friendly at the lower portion. Charcuterie board is a great deal for four people waiting for the piano show to start. Not too loud. Nice staff.
Located near Boatwrights is a cocktail bar that is quiet during the day but comes alive at dusk. They have a few different drinks specific to the location as well as a shared resort menu. The hidden gem is the entertainment and a colossal cheese plate to die for. Come for the drinks stay for the entertainment. They also have two tvs in the bar.
My rating is for the experience of seeing Yehaa Bob at the River Roost, not for the venue itself. The River Roost itself is a serviceable establishment with mediocre food, so we ended up bringing food from the quick service down the hall into the restaurant while we watched Yehaa Bob perform.
And Yehaa Bob is THE reason to visit the River Roost. In fact, his show is enough reason to leave your other resort for an evening of entertainment at Port Orleans Riverside - it's that good! Our entire family enjoyed him, and he includes the audience in such a way like no other. He has some major piano skills, and he must have played snippets of at least 50 songs throughout the show (which lasted a long time, by the way). It was one of the most enjoyable things we did in all of Disney during our vacation this year!
The service was friendly and inviting, and the resort is beautiful. I would recommend SKIPPING the spinach and artichoke dip because the cornbread crostini that comes with it is tasted like dry, STALE, slices of polenta (about the thickness of pita bread).
Wow. The drink called the “smoked turkey” was an EXPERIENCE. Our waiter was polite, helpful and dressed to theme. I enjoyed watching trivia and the fish and chips was pretty good! Port Orleans is a hotel I would return to and same with River Roost!
What a fun bar and lounge. The staff is fun and friendly. The drinks (alcoholic and non) are delicious. The small plates to share are amazing when you want a tiny dinner.
And don't forget, this is the place you can see the one and only, infamous and famous, Yeehaw Bob!!
We just visited WDW 3/4-3/11 and stayed at Port Orleans Riverside. During our stay we visited River Roost on multiple nights. Jessica and Patrick are true assets to the lounge. Very personable and remembered us when we came in. Their upbeat and professional attitude will keep us coming back to Port Orleans. We can’t wait to see them again in December.
Servers were all great, especially Brandon. Loved the live music, drinks and appetizers
This place is great for an enjoyable, relaxing and fun evening. With Live Piano and Funny Singer Bob Jackson. Offers Bites and drinks. Amazing Staff and Atmosphere. Is a must at Disney.
We ate here one night while staying at the hotel. We got wings, pulled pork tater tots and boudin balls all were good. But service was excellent!! Our server Patrick was really nice and attentive even though the room was getting full and I think he was the only server? We would definitely come back.
This is a great place to have some good food and a lot of fun watching Yeeha Bob! The main reason for the visit was to see Yeeha Bob and enjoy his performance and audience participation songs. But the food and service were also great. I had eaten earlier but I couldn't pass up the fried pimento cheese with pepper jelly. It was great! My friend who was with me ordered a cheeseburger with fries and she loved it. This is a great place to spend and evening for some relaxing family fun and great food. I will definitely go back again!

I love this place! The food is great! I love to have the wings and loaded potato puffs! The chocolate martinis are so addictive! I also love the habanero margaritas! I like to go on the nights when they have Yehaa bob on which is usually Wednesday to Saturday. He is an excellent musician and a wonderful entertainer! He plays anything right from kids songs like bingo up to rock classics like living on a prayer. He also does classical Pieces with a twist such as the Sabre dance and the flight of the bumblebee with a boogie Woogie beat! He of course also does lots of Disney numbers too! Audience participation is highly encouraged! Bob is such a gentleman to talk to! Saying that, the rest of the staff are really nice and friendly too! One thing that’s worth remembering if you’re thinking of ordering food, the kitchen closes at 11 PM. Also get there early on the nights that yehaa Bob is on as it can get packed! If you’re on vacation in Florida at any time I would highly recommend this place for a great night out!

You could be forgiven for mistaking this as just another resort lounge. But every night, from 8:30 to midnight, it reveals its true identity as the venue for the rollicking musical and comedic interactive experience known as "Yehaa Bob", one of the best little secrets of Walt Disney World.
Yeeha Bob is AMAZING! The service is wonderful! The food...ugh. Disney, please update this menu!!!

After a long day of parks. Kids asleep. Papa needed a place to chill that wasn't a darkened room with a 6 year freight train chugging along in the bed next to him. Beautiful December weather in Florida, a couple of drinks. Papa is feeling good.
