Well done! From start to finish this restaurant is the real deal for seafood lovers! Ray our waiter was great! Super helpful and knew that menu very well. All of us loved the fish and I put together a customer surf and turf with the Asian skirt steak and a lobster tail and the steak and tail were cooked to perfection.. I mean tough to beat that anywhere…. 10/10 all around. Great job!
My husband booked us dinner here for our wedding anniversary, and the whole experience was top notch! We got the BBQ Pork Pot Stickers as our appetizer, the swordfish and the tempura lobster as our entrees, and the zooberry and guava daiquiri to drink. All the food was incredible, and the drinks were perfectly balanced.
Jessie was our server for the evening, and we could not have asked for better service! Not only was she there if we needed anything, we were never kept waiting and she brought us champagne when she heard it was our anniversary. The cherry on top was when she offered to take a photo of us with the fireworks in the background. Truly amazing service - thank you, Jessie!
Had a great dinner and 2 cocktails from this restaurant. Every food item tasted really good- highly rec the seared ahi tuna entree, it was way more filling than I thought.
What made the experience really stand out was our amazing waiter Adam- he was super kind, knowledgeable, and easy to chat with. My friends and I discussed how we haven’t had top notch service like that in a while, so it was amazing to have him start out our food adventure while staying in the DisneyWorld Resort.
By far the best meal we have had on Disney property in 15 years of coming. Service was excellent. Wait was appropriate, every bite of every course was perfection.
Went for our anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful! The service was amazing, the food was delicious, the view where we sat was ok. But it was just a wonderful evening to be there and the service was just spot on. The waitress was attentive and the restaurant paid attention to my note about us celebrating our anniversary. It was nice to know that the restaurant read it and made special dessert for us even though we were very full from our food. The Asian Prime Skirt Steak was just out of this world. We also ordered mahi mahi risotto that comes with roasted vegetables, but it wasn't as good as we expected. The risotto was different from what we're used to and the taste is more bland. We did dress up nicely for the occassion but we also noticed how there are other people that was just wearing tshirt and jeans to the restaurant. All in all, wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone!
Service was excellent, atmosphere was lovely. Music was too loud (but once people filled, couldn't even hear it.) I think more jazz or classical would have been better. Food was excellent and Service was excellent! Would definitely dine there again! Bread was so yummy! Four stars only because I make a better wine sauce and because I could have eaten more rosatto. Would recommend 👌
Went in with lower expectations given the reviews, but I was shocked at how good the food was! We liked the flatbread, seared tuna and sundried tomato chicken.
Our server was nice and brought us everything quickly. We were seated in a lovely nook that had a great view of the fireworks show in Epcot. The staff even opened up the curtains so we could watch!
Was it super expensive? Yes, this is a hotel restaurant in Disney after all, but I'd go back if I were staying in the Swan/Dolphin.

This is a seafood restaurant in the Walt Disney dolphin resort . Designed like a high end restaurant, menu is also good , bar is all stocked and has some interesting cocktails like the flaming orange .. well made and tasty .. they need to learn how to make the old fashioned right ..
shrimp and tuna tacos for appetizers were good
Taco is a crunchy shell taco with tuna seasoned with Asian sauces is a interesting take taco . Shrimp came with 4 sauces I like only the cilantro avocado. Rest were too sweet for me.
We ordered the salmon and the snapper this is the dimly fish on their menu . I found these very average . I don’t think Todd English cooks here :) but who so ever is his/her culinary skills are evolving. For the kind of $$$ you pay at a place like this you expect top food and I did not find that . This restaurant is categorized as premium but the food which is the prime of the experience for which you spend money is not at all of that standard. They have good infrastructure, they just need good people who can create the dishes which are worth the experience their guests would expect for the$$$ they pay. Not impressed. However if you are staying at this resort and don’t want to go out for dinner this is a better option than Rosa Mexicano which is down the hall opposite to this one.
Visited here during my Disney World trip.
Located in WDW Dolphin Resort, it was easy for us to get an early dinner reservation.
So glad that we got our server (sorry forgot about her name) instead of the one who served the next table, he was telling the patrons his life story nonstop it made my ears hurt. My goodness!
Our server was efficient and attentive.
From complimentary bread to main course, food was top notch.

Had a birthday dinner here on May 6, 2023. Waitress was amazing, knowledgeable and attententive, with every recommendation being spot on. I had the Asian Style skirt steak and it was delicious. A meal definitively on my favourite list. I look forward to going back there for another meal.

We have always wanted to visit The Blue Zoo as we have been fans of Chef English for a decade, at least! The quality and plating of the food was beyong exquisite! We couldn't decide what to choose at first but thankfully our server, Mona, was so delightful and knowledgeable about the menu!
She was very patient and accommodating through our indecisiveness and answered our seemingly endless questions! If we come back next winter I would definitely request her again. She knew just what wines to pair with our dishes and was very attentive to our needs (but not at all overbearing)
The only thing my wife and I agreed on was that there was plenty of space for some live fish tanks! (There were a few empty ones so perhaps they are coming soon!) It is a "Blue Zoo" after all! Compliments to the Chefs and waitstaff and to the excellent mixologist, Tyler, who was behind the bar. He made all my drinks perfectly balanced and so delicious. I had a chance to speak to him before we left and I will certainly be back to see him. There are some real skills present at work in the building. We will definitely bring our all of our friends next time.
Went for dinner on Super Bowl Sunday. Got sat promptly and everyone was friendly. We were not staying in the resort, so we got our parking validated.
Bread service is good, except for the lavish which we didn't like. We don't like lavish anyways, so I can't fault them for it.
We got the crab nachos as our appetizer and it was very good!
She got the signature bluezoo cocktail which was sweet, I got the flaming orange which puts on quite a show since your server will light it on fire.
For entrees, I got the Asian Prime Skirt Steak, which was phenomenal. Definitely a top 10 of anything I've eaten. She got the lobster which was great as well!
For dessert, we got the chocolate cake which was a great way to conclude the meal.
It was a little rowdy and energetic because the Super Bowl was coming to a conclusion, but it was never a problem.
If you're visiting the Disney Swan or Dolphin, Tom English's Bluezoo is a must. 100% would recommend for all around restaurant experience. Food, service, and atmosphere are all wonderful!

The Kale Salad, Skirt Steak, Snapper and Brussels Sprout side were all top notch. Our server Phillip did a phenomenal job answering menu related questions and his recommendations were all spot on.

The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing and the price wasn't so bad. Our server was very attentive throughout the whole dinner and gave us options towards our food and what he recommended. I will definitely go back now and in the near future.

I’m having trouble with the negative reviews. If I had to point out a negative I can think of 2. 1st I found the clam chowder to have too much of a smoky flavor. Now I only tasted it as my son ordered it. Secondly I did feel a little rushed . As soon as we finished starters or main courses came out. It felt rushed and the restaurant was not busy.
Our server was amazing. Drinks were amazing. Will most likely be back during our stay this week.
