Regular food (what you can expect from a hotel restaurant?)
But if you don’t have other place to go for dinner, since the hotel is middle of no where, this is a pretty good option.
Staff was very nice & quick. The chef was a lot of fun, joking and adding flare to his cooking. The lobster & filet were melt in the mouth delicious.
Definitely enjoyed myself! Great show, wonderful food! You get a lot here! And great quality too! Couldn't finish but at least I had lunch the next day too.

GOAT: Veggie & Shrimp Tempura. The outside coat of food is crispy and the inside part still juicy.
Drinks are refilled and table is cleaned on time. Ingredients are fresh.
The food was slightly overcooked. This includes vegetables and shrimp. The fire show is cool though.
My favorite restaurant in the Marriott World Center. It’s hibachi style. Our chef was funny and did a great job of cooking our food. If you are hungry I suggest getting the 3 meat speciality.
The meal was quality and delicious and the service was also excellent. But it is overpriced like everything else in the World Center Marriott. Would still return and eat there again...I think they have a convenience fee built into everything because you don't really have to or want to leave the resort once you settle in.
I had low expectations thinking that this was a tourist trap, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and drinks. I had an Old Fashioned, they say on the menu they use a Japanese whiskey blend, I don't know what's in it, but it had a complex flavor that left me satisfied. The spouse had a plum dessert wine, no complaints. Now for the food - between my wife and the two kids we had shrimp, salmon, lobster, filet mignon, and chicken and I couldn't complain about any of them. The lobster in particular was excellent, tasted fresh, perfectly spiced and not overcooked. The filet mignon was also not overcooked and the flames from the hibachi gill blackened the outside, leaving the middle pink and juicy, no complaints. The salmon was a fairly typical cut, but again, the hibachi grille accentuated the taste. Would recommend to anyone who likes the hibachi experience.
Excellent service, food was outstanding! Make reservations through the QR code to ensure seating.
Service was great 👍. The overall presentation was soft. The food could have used more flavor 😋. Overall I would still go there but just didn't make yhe 5 star mark.
Food was good, parking and getting here absolutely horrible, near impossible to find parking unless you stay at the hotel or use the valet service which costs $50 so make sure to get your valet ticket stamped to bring it down to $5.
pretty nice place. Our chef was great! Cracked some jokes, showed off his talents and made our dinner in no time! It is a little expensive but the food is very good. And that ginger salad dressing is fantastic.
Amazing food, great service. Had a great time watching our food beinging cooked. I definitely recommend it. I wish there was easier parking besides valet parking
Delicious! Had the prawns and steak, which was really tender and juicy. Fun show and great wth a large group.

So awesome, took great care of our giant party, superb food and service!
Traditional hibachi steakhouse. Service was great our chef was hilarious and extremely talented. Watched him spin an egg the flip it on his spatula and have it land on the edge of the spatula to crack it open. Clearly a great dining experience. Found the price a little high for the quantity of food but I guess you are paying for the experience as well. Food was cooked perfectly as asked. Water needs a filter, but that's just Florida water in general.
