Usually I don't expect much from hotel restaurants and the quality of food was what I was expecting. But with that quality, the food was overpriced. It tasted good, but not worth the money I paid for it.
It took some time to get seated even though there was noone there. Maybe they were training a new hostess. The waitress was nice and service quick.
A great place for networking/ office events or hosting dinners. They have prefix menu and each course was amazing. I went to this hotel because of an office event and had a good time. Enjoyed ceaser salad, amazing white pasta and best tiramisu.
If you are a vegetarian they do have pasta as option so do ask that option. Restaurant is inside Hyatt hotel!!
Did magical dining . The lamb portion could be better and it was a little salty. My fiancé could make better lamb chops . Meatballs and calamari was really great.
The food was very delicious!!! We had steak, pasta with clams, meatballs and all of the sides! The mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and the Brussels sprouts were amazing. For dessert I recommend the cheesecake tiramisu. Our server, Shawn was the best server one can ask for. Shawn definitely deserves a raise!
We are from Seattle and visited many fancy restaurants and the service he provides beats most of them!
The best steak I have ever had. Cooked to perfection. Excellent wait staff. Nice ambiance. Convenient parking or valet. Nick the Manager made us feel very welcome!
We made reservations and they were a little late bridging back, plus the kitchen staff was really slow (we waited 40 mins for our food). But the wait was worth every delicious bite. Omg. Everything tasted amazing. We ordered the cold brew martini to begin our adventure. It was good but even better when I asked the waiter for a dash of cinnamon and a splash of whipped cream 🤤. Then we ordered the lobster mac and cheese and the stuffed chicken with Italian black rice. Everything came out hot and flavorful. But the icing on the cake was the tidal wave verry berry cake! If I could have ordered 3 of these and not gain 5 pounds and leave with a sugar coma I would have! Every bite was a new mouth popping experience. Definitely will come back.
The food was incredible. Signature Italian at an outstanding level of quality. Try the Smoked Old Fashioned, it was a highlight.
Hostess by the name of Eriel was the absolute BEST. She went over and beyond to accommodate my mixup on Tuesday morning(10/31/23). Staff was friendly but she was the reason I went back the next morning to eat at the restaurant. FABULOUS JOB and THANKS AGAIN for everything!
What a nice surprise! We are staying here for a conference and wanted a nice place to have dinner with a colleague but didn’t feel like venturing off the property. Fiorenzo looked like a solid option for something upscale but also convenient. It did not disappoint! They worked hard to get us a table even though we did not have a reservation and we were promptly seated in a great spot. Our server Laura was a total gem! She was kind and warm and very helpful with her recommendations. We all loved our meals and the sides! I highly recommend the branzino and the Brussels sprouts. I don’t even like mashed potatoes but my husband ordered them and they were delicious. Thank you to everyone at Fiorenzo for making this a great evening and for the outstanding service, especially Laura! We hope to dine with you again soon.
Food is great, staff was a little weird about seating despite having a reservation.
Our waiter was lovely.
First visit 3/1/23 excellent service and food. 20% off Hyatt coupon for Discoverists was very rewarding. 14 oz Pork Chop @$49.00 was cooked to perfection and Nonna's Mafaldine (pasta with sausage, chicken, shrimp) @$30.00 was excellent! Roasted Shallot Mashed potatoes @$12 were also very good. We each had tequila soda @$15.50 ea.
We, a party of 5 looked up the restaurant prior to going. Saw the menu and reviews and thought it sounded great. When we got there the menu was different from what we saw online. We were going to leave, but our waitress Laura hopped into action and called the chef over. He asked what we wanted and said no problem, I'll make it for you. What he prepare far surpassed our expectations! Mussels, linguine with clam sauce, chicken parmesan, scallop appetizer. And a dessert trio. All incredible. We couldn't believe how far above and beyond they went to make us happy! Would absolutely return on our next visit. Thank you Laura and Chef Craig and Chef Rachel!!!
I am here in Orlando for a conference and came a few days early. I am gluten and dairy free. Fiorenzo accommodated both of my requests and I had an incredible dinner.
I started with the Zips di Claims E Mussels. Unfortunately, they do not have gluten free rolls to soak up all that wonderful sauce. Next, I selected the Mushroom Risotto. This was also wonderful. These two dishes were more than I could eat on my own.
The French Martini before dinner was made perfect. However, I could not find a wine by the glass that interested me. There wasn’t anyone who offered any suggestions or advice. Other then that, the service was excellent, professional, timely, and attentive.
Check out my pictures and others. As you can see, the atmosphere is sophisticated and clean. You will feel comfortable dressed up. Their recommended dress is smart casual. Yet, they don’t seem to turn people away regardless of how they are dressed.
Chef Greg was amazing just to prepare the best food I’ve ever had on the plant and I’ve been to three different planets. I am so happy and excited to come back. He came out and talked with us made us smile all night. What a great personality. I can go on and on about the food and service. Ketty was our server but she was like a friend that just knows what we want before we can even ask. Ask for Ketty i dont trust anyone else. Have a great night.
