Wow we so impressed with the quick and personable service from our server Ashley V and her manager Heather. The burgers were so juicy and I had a gluten free bun and she walked all the way back for the onion ring! The hot fudge sundae was huge-great to share w table. The memorabilia is so breathtaking. We definitely will come back but so happy we had a reservation and didn’t have to wait!
Delicious food, good service and clean everything. They have chairs for babies, the food did take a little while to serve but it was worth the wait. My children also ate deliciously, there is a dish that includes green beans and grilled chicken breast, delicious and healthy, and with the children's menu they gave them a mini ball with their box.

Went to the restaurant before a comedy show. Austin was our server and was friendly and attentive. I ordered a beer which included a souvenir glass. BUT The wings are probably in my top 5 favorite EVER! WOW. Just delicious. All of the staff was friendly. They make your drink a double for $2 extra. I created my own drink by getting the virgin basil strawberry drink and a double tequila neat. Highly recommended. Will return, the burgers are mid tho. Not the best thing on the menu.....
Our waiter, Tyler, was absolutely amazing. He legit just talked with us for a good 15 minutes or so just about random things.
I got the original legendary burger. Absolutely worth it!!!!! I also got the strawberry basil lemonade. Such a huge influx of flavors that I can't even describe how they are on your palate.
If you go, ask for Tyler. He was awesome!!!
Stopped in for lunch! We had grilled chicken sandwich and the fried chicken sandwich both with fries! Both were delicious. The server was friendly and quick with the drinks ect. Atmosphere is typical Hard Rock Cafe style, lots of music memorabilia! Sorry no pictures of food.
I had a very lovely time here.
The wait time was a bit long, but we got to enjoy all the history inside of The Hard Rock.
First had ordered the Bangkok spicy shrimp absolutely DELICIOUS! Perfect crunch and spice.
My husband ordered the twisted mac chicken & cheese, I ordered the original legendary burger everything was very delicious and our waitress was so very kind and attentive. Well definitely be back!!
Best looking Hard Rock Cafe I been too! Great service and food. I had to try their Messi burger since both my son and I are soccer fans. They have a Messi burger in the kids meals section too and it comes with a mini soccer ball. Great way to end a long day in the parks.

The salmon was delicious and everyone else enjoyed what they had ordered too. I didn’t think it was expensive either. Free refills on the soft drinks, they arrived before we even noticed we were getting low!
We ate at lunchtime, it wasn’t overly busy but still busy if that makes sense!
I have a dairy allergy and they catered extremely well.
Dark peaceful environment! Friendly fast and simple service. A unique dining experience with it being said it's the world's largest Hard Rock Cafe. Elegant structure and design. The food was prepared properly and had enormous taste and at a very reasonable price I would recommend this hard rock Cafe to escape the hot sun while visiting the theme parks. The AC was cold and it made you feel like it was more like winter when it was 90 degrees outside. I tried the chicken fingers and it was fresh clean chicken breast meat, well that's how it tasted. I consumed the Messi Burger with egg added and it was delicious. Thank you Hard Rock Cafe for ending my experience in Orlando on a pleasant note!
I got 3 words for the buffalo chicken wings: Rock And Roll! The seating was quick even in the chaos (the place is quite busy as you can imagine). The food service was also quick. We were in and out in a little under an hour and 30. Tip: If available sit at the bar while you're waiting for your table. The drinks are too die for.
Our server Vivian was great. We all enjoyed the food and of course the ambiance. My only comment is if you purchase the photo pack be sure to look at them closely. We thought they looked fine and only when we got home did we realize that my husband is missing an arm in the photos. I'm sure it wasn't intentional but just check yours.
Went there to celebrate my daughters birthday as usual the place was super packed. The atmosphere was typical with the loud music, but good tunes. Our waitress was super nice. However, you can tell she was assigned a lot of tables. My wife had ordered the salmon; when it came out and it was super hard and difficult to cut into although once we complained they remedied the situation quickly by providing her with a different dish. I found the tab to be a little pricey, but I guess it’s the experience that you’re paying for.
Came here for dinner before heading over to the concert next door. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated, which wasn't bad. We were seated towards the back and it wasn't busy. We waited over an hour and a half for our food, which it shouldn't have taken that long with the amount of customers here. We were getting a bit upset because people that came in long after us, were getting their food way before ours came out and we ended up being late to our concert.
Ordered the Nachos, which were different. Never had sweet beans on Nachos before, but ok, first time for everything. I personally wouldn't recommend them. My husband and I both ordered a few cocktails, which were ok.
My son had the ribs, which were really dry and not a lot of flavor. His friend had a burger, which he also said had no flavor. My husband had the streak, which was grisly and dry. I had the mustard glazed Salmon, mashed potatoes, and green beans. The Salmon was ok.
Since we were late to our show, the manager was kind enough to give us a discount. We personally will not be back. The decor was incredible though!
Giving it a 4 Star because the concert venue was incredible!! We saw Streetlight Manifesto and the show was Absolutely Amazing!! If you're into Ska Punk, highly recommend seeing this band in concert.
The Hard Rock Cafe at Universal Orlando, is the largest of all hard rock cafés. The walls and rooms are loaded with rock memorabilia. The menu is classic hard rock burgers, fries, shake and soda. Really cool atmosphere several rooms to explore. great staff, huge bar. Nice selection of souvenirs in their shop. A definite place to check out in Orlando. it is a walk on the opposite side of universal walk.
We can always count on the Hard Rock Cafe for a good experience, especially when we are in the mood for some wings and a burger with fries or onion rings. We are usually seated relatively quickly, but it is recommended to have a reservation during peak seasons. The restaurant is kid-friendly and is loud. There are some quieter rooms in the back off the main dining areas that are a bit quieter. They can accommodate large parties. The restaurant has two levels and a bar where you can grab a quick refreshment or dine from the menu if seating is available.
